We ordered 13 spots for our new house. All arrived promptly in Luxembourg. Only minor problem was the cost of shipment which at 48 GBP for one box was quite expensive.

Small order quickly processed, only issued was an email advising the order had been back ordered so had to contact company to find out what that meant! Swift response and quickly explained.

Ordered 2 x security lights which turned out to be out of stock and not shown as such on website. This meant I had to delay job. On the plus side communications were good with sales and items were a good price. Arrived well packed.

There's not much I can say. I've dealt with them many times. You order stuff, it arrives very quickly, you install it and it works. After that, it keeps working. No complaints whatsoever.
