Called for help via AA and Simple Fuel arrived within the hour and sorted out my problem- I’d used diesel instead of unleaded!! Swiftly resolved and car all good since then

My son borrowed my car and put petrol in instead of diesel he went on the internet got this no when we phoned he explain what he was going to do and not worry about the he said will be ok said he would out the next day 8 am and he was right on time done everything he could he was friendly and polite explaining what he was doing i would recommend this company to everyone i know

Following misfuelling our car we were put in contact with Simple Fuel Solutions by our breakdown cover supplier. Jenny arrived within 30 minutes to sort the problem. She was very professional, friendly and helpful. We were delighted with the service and have had no problems with our car since.

Tom arrived very soon after we had phoned our road side insurance, within less than 45 minutes.He was very professional and friendly, and explained exactly what he would do. He drained the main fuel tank quickly, then to be sure the second fuel tank was completely empty, he used his laptop to connect to the car’s software, and managed to empty it too. Very skilful. He also provided 5 litres of the correct fuel, and advised that it should be filled soonest with the correct fuel. He also advised that the fuel filter be changed soonest. Overall, he was very reassuring and helpful. We followed his advice and have has no problems with the car since then

Excellent speedy service after I put petrol into my diesel car! Simple Fuel Solutions phoned to confirm their time of arrival and the name of the person coming out, and also reassured me about the likely lack of permanent damage I would have done. I put the wrong fuel into my car. I feared the worst as i had drove the car a good few miles. I contacted Jamie at simple fuel solutions and he reassured me the car would fine after a fuel drain. This was over a month ago and there has been no issues with the car since. I cant thank Jamie enough for his help!

Cheaper than other companies for a drain and flush. Tom was pleasant and courteous and completed the job quickly.

Tom turned up to re fuel the car for us. His attitude and work ethics were very professional. We were impressed with his thoughorness , especially to make sure we had his mobile number and his assurance that he would wait 15 mins in case we had a problem subsequently. No such problem was encountered and we drove over 400 miles home with no issues.
