I accidentally put the wrong fuel into my car and had to call for help the service engineer came out and was so nice and understanding pushed my car away from the pump to a safe place .he was reassuring and got on with emptying the tank and put petrol in tried it and let me on my way I would recommend the company anytime and his name was Tom

Very quick and professional service when I misfueled my car recently. They communicated well from start to finish, Tom arrived exactly when expected, he was very friendly and explained what was happening at every step.

Very quick and expert at correcting the situation when I put petrol into our diesel. Tom knew exactly how to correct my mistake and the car is running well just as advised by Tom. He could not do enough and provided a very efficient solution.

After I rather brilliantly (and for the first time in nearly 40 years of being a driver) managed to fill my diesel car with petrol, Tom came to the rescue. He arrived within half an hour of me reporting my mistake and within another half an hour had drained and flushed my car. It started immediately and has run smoothly ever since. Thanks Tom, you saved me a LOT of money.

Very good company, despite delay at previous job I was kept informed re eta. On arrival Tom was courteous explained what was going to happen. Worked in adverse weather conditions. After stupidly misfueling my car late on a Friday night, I done a quick search online for help and came upon this company. One phone call later and they were at my door an hour later after coming down from Glasgow to South Ayrshire. The technician was very quick, efficient and knowledgeable and had my car sorted in 15 mins which was a big relief. Very pleased with the service provided, Thanks again.

Excellent attitude and knowledge from the mechanic who attended and got us going pretty quickly. The only downside was the 3 hour wait from the point of calling. That said we did call the RAC who sub contracted. Unable to say what the response time actually was but they do have a huge area to cover. I’d recommend going directly rather than through the rac as membership didn’t cover silly mother in law events.

Father put petrol in diesel car. Called breakdown and SIMPLE FUEL SOLUTION came out. They were good, bit could improve by explaining what they do, as I read that there was a additive but never knew 8t was in the diesel so simple things like that

I called Simple Fuel Solutions due to a miscommunication with the delviery driver of our new car, it came with no petrol and the driver gave us a gerry can of what we thought was petrol but was infact diesel. I called Simple Fuel Solutions about 8.30 at night and Jamie answered he said he had a few jobs but would come out after, but I received a call within 20 minutes to say he was on his way. He was here within the hour and sorted the car with no issues at all. The service we received was absolutely fantastic and if you ever find yourself in the same situation I would definitely recommend them. Thanks again for fixing that for us. It is very much appreciated.
