I had to use your service having put diesel into a petrol tank. The service I had was first class, Jamie was very pleasant and very helpful.

Having been a driver for well over 40 years without mishap, I had a meltdown when I put diesel instead of petrol in my car. I didn’t even know that a company like yours existed! After I found you on the internet, Tom arrived within an hour or so, was extremely helpful and reassuring, and quickly drained and refilled my tank. From my stupid mistake to complete resolution took under 2 hours, and at much less cost than I would have expected. Five Star service!

The service from Jamie at simple fuel solutions was fast, effect, friendly and very. Professional. Arrived at my home within 1Hour of request. Job finished quickly with no fuss. I had put petrol in my diesel Jaguar. Jamie was very knowledgeable about the cars systems and actually taught me a lot that I did not Know. The company were great, they arrived within 45mins. They pumped out the petrol and provided us with some diesel. The whole process was completed within the hour. Fantastic service and very professional.

Tom came and drained my twin cab fuel tank after I’d used wrong fuel. He was pleasant and helpful, top marks to you Tom.

My husband decided to take my car to work one day, in turn fueling up with petrol instead of diesel. Instead of realising his mistake he then went on to drive the car and as it started to play up realised his massive screw up! He called me panicked and got back to the garage. I instantly looked online and found Simple Fuel Solutions and called them! The guy on the phone was super helpful and put my overly panicked head at ease! He gave me all the information and reassurance I needed. I was given a time scale that someone would arrive at the vehicle. The guy then arrived on time and started work on the car! The whole process took roughly 1.5 hours due to having been ran and the fact Range Rovers aren’t a fan of clearing fault codes, but the guy got it working, stayed to make sure I could drive, and quickly got me on my way! Also the service was such great value for money and much less than I was expecting! All round saviours, saved the day, reduced my stress levels and were all super friendly and informative! Hopefully won’t need to use again, but would recommend 100 times over to anyone who does need to!

Misfuelled my car at local supermarket petrol station. Waited for hours for Green Flag to arrive (they kept changing arrival times). Eventually cancelled them and searched Internet for assistance. Simple Fuel Solutions gave me a 30 minute time band, arrived on time and had me back on the road in 30 mins at a fraction of the cost. Can't recommend them highly enough. (And really nice guys too!).
