This service was excellent. My husband filled my diesel car with petrol🤦‍♀️ the night before we were travelling for our holiday. I knew not to start my car and I phoned these guys, was told they would be there in 40 mins they were there in 20min explained everything they were doing, were really friendly and was just a genuine nice guy. I would definitely recommend and the price was great thanks again you saved my holiday and my husband 🤣

When I phoned panicking about putting petrol into my diesel car the man on the phone calmed me down reassured me and had someone out to fix my mistake within 45 minutes. The service was quick but thorough and my car is back to perfect working order thanks to them. I would recommend them highly

Put petrol in my new diesel hyundai tucson at asda blantyre and phoned the guys and got out to me within 40 minutes, guys where very helpful and knowledgeable, would defo recommend them for anyone as who’s daft enough to make same mistake as me 🤣🤣

Our tank was accidentally filled with petrol instead of diesel. We were towed to a safe place and the fuel service responder found us and quickly resolved the issue. He was friendly, talked us through what he was doing, checked we knew what to do next and made the experience overall quite positive given the situation.

Jamie from simple fuel went over and above what I expected from a company. As I had a toddler and baby I abandoned my car and went home. The next morning I called SFS and jamie came to my house collected the keys, fixed my car and brought it back to me! He was polite and friendly. I would highly recommend this company to anyone and if I ever find myself in the situation again, it will be them I use.

After being stupid and making the mistake of putting the wrong additive in my tank simple fuels solutions arrived quickly. Drained my tank and put in enough fuel to get me to a fuel station to refuel. The car has been great would highly recommend their services to any one. Thanks again Regards Mike

I recently accidentally refuelled with petrol instead of diesel, but soon discovered my error within half a mile of driving. I called my breakdown service and they said they would get someone to me within 2 hours. Tom arrived promptly just 45 minutes later and set about draining and refilling my tank at the roadside. He was very friendly and efficient and soon had us back on the road. And the final piece of excellent service was he then followed us to the garage to make sure we made it there safely to refuel without any further problems. The service could not have been better.
