I have not used our cloth nappies yet, but found the whole process of filling in the questionnaire to make informed choices very easy, funnily enough the recommendation that came back was the original product I was considering too!

I used the nappy lady questionnaire to get a recommendation for nappies for my baby. The suggestions were spot on and we've found something that works really well for us now! Ordering was really easy and nappies were delivered the next day. I even got extra information about how to care for the nappies I had ordered - it makes such a big difference ordering from a company that use and understand the product rather than just a regular retailer.
