So much useful information on the website. I hired a nappy kit and it arrived in good time, the nappies are good quality and the ability to hire newborn nappy kits is so useful as birth to potty nappies aren’t brilliant for newborns. The standard hire period of 3 months is spot on. All the relevant information on caring for the nappies is in with the kit. Really pleased with the service all round. Thank you!

Excellent service from start to finish, was a bit sceptical about trying washables but they work as they're meant to. A bit pricey if you're looking to switch from disposables completely right enough.

So glad I found The Nappy Lady website, it’s been fabulous, a complete one stop shop from the start of my reusable nappy research to supplying everything I needed at a brilliant price. The Nappy Lady’s advice questionnaire was such a good start for me, so helpful and informative and simple. I’ve read every beautifully presented pdf guide, all the advice pages on the website and watched the videos on their YouTube channel. Thank you so much, there was a point where I decided it was too difficult working out reusable nappies and I was going to give up on the idea, but then I came across the Nappy Lady’s website and it made me so happy to fathom everything out and I was able to kit us out and have confidence for our reusable nappy journey. 9 days till little one is due and can’t wait to start using the muslins and terries :)

I bought these for my granddaughter . Nice quality. Not the cheapest on the net but very prompt delivery.

The nappy is too small despite ordering the size above, and the claims that absorbency is high are bogus. It leaks after one wetting even with me wearing plastic pants over it. I am committed to reusable nappies but this is extremely disappointing.

I love the website lots of great offers and full of information. We bought during real nappy week and was spoil for choice and offers. We bought 2 nappy bundles that offered great value and really helped working out what we might need. We were send a lovely selection of prints all different and unisex. Delivery was amazingly fast. It arrived next day despite it being a bank holiday weekend and ordered later in the day.
