Excellent service - ordered the tots bots ultimate day and night bundle. It all came as described, fantastic quality and the delivery was even quicker than expected. I've found the Nappy lady website really helpful with lots of information and helpful videos on all the different types and brands of cloth nappies. Good value for money and only the best quality nappies! Nappy lady's nappy questionnaire was super helpful for me to figure out what happy system, materials would work for me. The service was excellent. I mistakenly ordered 2 wraps of the same print and realized just as it was about to ship. I emailed them and got a swift response and they swapped one of the prints for another of my choice. Will be a regular customer for sure!
