Absolutely Brilliant service from these ladies! Having just starting to embark on cloth nappies for my 3rd son with severe eczema, I was clueless. These ladies were able to reassure me over the phone about materials, drying,usage, and value for money with cloth nappies. Also answer all my questions, and I had a lot as my eczema baby has lots of issues with itching and allergies including polyester and lanolin, as well as many others. Thank you!😊

Bought bambinex teddys and a nappy bin as suggested from doing a nappy lady questionnaire. They are working brilliantly, wash well, quick to dry, no leaks. Arrived quickly in the post.

Excellent service. I completed the nappy lady questionnaire and received a prompt, detailed and helpful response. I have ordered what was recommended and have been very happy with my nappies so far. They are easier to use than I expected and are washing well following TNL washing instructions. The reusable wipes are great too. I would thoroughly recommend this service and the products (big by bubblebubs nappies, motherease airflow wraps, fleece liners, nappi nippas, nappy bucket and liner, Ella’s house bum boosters, tots bots wet bag and muslinz wipes). Only wish I’d found out about this before my first child, so glad not to by filling landfill with disposable nappies this time.
