Wonderful service

The Nappy Lady are always super helpful and their communication is great. Anna helped me get the nappies I wanted, even though they weren't listed on their website! Postage is always super quick via a reliable courier. I will always recommend The Nappy Lady to anyone interested in using cloth!

The longest nappy liners we have found that cover the full length of the nappy, which is very handy. The material is soft and baby seems to like the feeling

The top hat potty is the best potty available for newborns, and definitely a million times better than changing dirty nappies, but it would be better if the shape was designed slightly differently so it didn’t slip from between your legs. Service from the Nappy Lady was perfect though.

I completed the Nappy Lady questionnaire and received a response quickly with excellent explanations of the recommendation. Based on the recommendations I purchased some nappies that were reasonably priced. The Nappy Lady provides an excellent service and will be recommending this service to friends and family.

Wonderful products and great customer service, I particularly loved the fact that you can fill out a questionnaire and you will be sent a personalised response recommending the products that best suit your needs. Postage was super fast too. Also, the website is full of really useful information. One stop shop for anyone who wants to use cloth nappies but has no idea where to begin! Also, apparently this company are a child friendly employer and are flexible in accomodating the mums who work for them, which is something to be commended, more employers should follow such an example.

Highly recommend this Supplier. Very easy to use website. Communication good - order placed quickly followed by despatch notification. Delivery was in a matter of days. Mum to be was absolutely thrilled with the products. The pattern was lovely, better than picture on website.
