The service was amazing. The nappies are a very reasonable price. They arrived very quickly with a email from Royal Mail saying when they will be delivered. The nappies are amazing quality. I will definitely be buying from the nappy lady again.

I have emailed lady nappy about a Refund ! . but no Reply from them ! . I got the wrong size for my daughter so needed the big size ! . now my daughter can't go swimming! .

I emailed the Nappy Lady for a consultation prior to ordering which was very helpful. I later placed an order which arrived promptly. There was one error with the order which the Nappy Lady quickly rectified.

I’m very happy with the service received and the products. I have used this brand of organic cotton muslins before and have been happy with them, hence the desire to repurchase the same brand. They do need to be washed a couple of times to make them soft, but after that they are fine and wash up very well.
