You can truly get everything you need from The Nappy Lady. The best part of shopping here however is the service. I used their recommendation option and since we already had few items purchased, I emailed them back asking about incorporating products we had already. Got great advice and felt fully supported and not even once did they try to convince me to order from their website or choose one of their own products, as opposed to some other brand. Wendy & Imogen - true stars :) Would recommend The Nappy Lady to anyone who considers choosing / swapping to reusable nappies. Also, ordered late at night and woke up in the morning to an email saying that it's all packed and shipped (8am on Sat!). Can't fault at all and will definitely use them again when we need to buy some more products.

Great variety of products at reasonable prices. The real nappy week sale meant that I could stock up on a variety of totsbots all in ones, little lamb boosters, nappy pods and swim nappies. All different brands but just one order!

They also have a really good range of brands and products. I’ve ordered a few times and always received my order really quickly, plus shipping is reasonable. Can’t recommend it more!
