A Brilliant service. The questionnaire I filled out and tailored response I got back really helped me plan and understand how it all works. The price was extremely reasonable and the speed of delivery was rapid, I could not ask for more.

Order came within suggested time. No unnecessary individually wrapped items. Ordered wool cover which had details on care. TNL gave frequent updates on status of order and answered questions on reuseable nappy usage quickly. I would recommend services for anyone considering reuseable nappies.

The Nappy Lady has been so helpful answering queries and offering advice, always with a very swift response via email. The nappy demonstration videos and guidance on washing nappies are also really helpful. The advice feels honest, from real people who have used the nappies themselves. I have been really happy with my purchases following their advice, which has responded to my specific priorities. There is no obligation to follow the advice and it doesnt feel like a sales pitch. The prices are competitive too, especially if you take advantage of special offers. My favourite nappy discoveries: Disana wool wraps, and Bubblebubs BIGs (which I would not have looked at without The Nappy Lady advice - so soft and size completely fluid as uses nappi nippas). Also can't resist the designs of Bare and Boho - and looking forward to trying these out.
