Really pleased with my service from the nappy lady - I didn’t know where to start with cloth nappies and she gave some great tailored advice so I now feel like I have a headstart for once the baby arrives. Great advice helped me understand cloth nappies as I’m a complete newbie! My only disappointment was that I couldn’t apply my questionnaire discount to my purchase. The nappies themselves are very bulky but I expected that and it doesn’t bother my toddler at all. She loves the unicorn print on her “night time pants”. They leaked the first night but I think that was due to her sleeping over 12 hours! Since then we’ve had no leaks. Bedwetters pants are expensive but they do the job really well and as they are a pull up style I’m hoping once my daughter starts going to the toilet in the night it will be easier for her to pull them up and down. Overall I’m really pleased with my purchase.

Having spent ages looking for the right ‘nappy’ for both my 8yo (needing bedtime help) and my 5yo (also a deep sleeper who can’t kick the habit of wet beds....) I came across the nappylady website. Tempted by the more expensive night time pants/nappies but without trying them out I opted for x2 of the less dear ones. They are great - we still get some damp sheets sometimes but I am hoping that the sensation of feeling wet rather than dry (as with disposable night nappies) will help a bit.... and keep costs down! Fast delivery before Christmas, thank you.

Just ordered 3 more of the reusable bamboolik Velcro panty liners, I originally ordered two to try and I'm so pleased with them I have ordered more. I have searched everywhere online for reusable everyday liners and they are always too uncomfortable. These are the first ones I've tried with Velcro that are really thin just what I need, brilliant service as well they were delivered within 2 days of my order thank you so much!

A very quick and efficient turnaround from order to delivery, well packed. The website has an amazing (to the point of slightly overwhelming!) choice. After a mess-up in the postal address (my bad!), the customer service provided by Anna was 6 stars out of 5: she was responsive, helpful and got things sorted in the most friendly manner. The products were well packed and shipped quickly. As we haven't had a chance to use them yet I won't comment on individual items but everything looks like great quality.
