I ordered the Balmons balm as my newborn had a bad nappy rush. The advice on the website and the balm were great, the rush disappeared within a few days. The balm has a lovely lavender smell and it's not greasy. Only a small quantity is needed so it will last for a long time. The balm arrived within a couple of days and the service was quick and easy. Definitely reccomended.

Great choice of nappies. Bought as recommended by the questionnaire and they've been fab. Even the biggest poo or wee has been contained whereas disposables were leaking all the time.

I took the questionnaire and was delighted with Wendy's recommendations! I had never heard of Popolini nappies but they are perfect for my little one. Blueberry Capri wraps are faultless also.

I used the Nappy Lady to give me help when trying to sift through the enormous and quite frankly overwhelming amount of choice of reusable cloth nappies available. I took the questionnaire and on the back of the recommendations given through that made a purchase of nappies that best suited us. Delivery was quick as was communication.
