Ordered a few different types of reusable sanitary products and they arrived quickly. One of the items wasn’t quite right so I contacted them and they sent a replacement immediately along with a self addressed envelope to return the faulty item. Very pleased with items and would order from them again.

Fell in love with an AiO nappy, bought it and was able to pick it up even before the regular pickup time. And although it was a spur of the moment thing, I am so happy I did. Everything worked like clockwork, the nappy looks and performs great :)

I feel like I lucked out when I found the nappy lady website. What a great set up they have to encourage and inspire parents to go down the reusable nappy route. I had already decided I wouldn’t be using disposable nappies for a variety of reasons. However, I was feeling a tad overwhelmed by the sporadic information online, the seemingly absurd sky high prices quoted by articles and other sources and the apparently abundant different types/styles /materials/systems of reusable nappies that are out there. I’m pregnant with my first baby and my mum had used Terry cloths with my brother and I and was my inspo for doing this reusable nappy adventure. Then I found the nappy lady website. I watched video tutorials and video reviews through the website which lead to me filling in the online questionnaire and in under a week I had a detailed response with a tailored plan for me and my baby. Quantities, brands,materials,styles, systems all explained in a very comprehensible format. I then just had decide how much I wanted to spend and how far into my babies journey I wanted to stock up for. After using the chat system on the website, I had a few of my questions answered and was ready to order my items. Everything was in stock that I wanted and everything was packaged and delivered perfectly within a day or two of ordering. I then receive emails that all have helpful advice on using and cleaning the different types of reusable nappies. Just completely free advice to help you on your journey. I cannot imagine a better system and service. I feel so prepared and ready for the journey with my wee man and I’m so so happy I used the nappy lady services to get to this point. I will be using the nappy lady again in time when he’s grown out of what we’ve got for him but I know this will be stress free and easy because I will still have my original plan that was sent to me plus I’ll have some usable knowledge of some of the brands and systems. Very happy with my purchase. I did the personalised questionnaire service and bought based off those recommendations. I also watched the 1.5hr nappy masterclass online as well as the individual videos for the nappies we were recommended. Our baby isn't here yet (due in 4 weeks) but I feel well prepared. The Nappy Lady team seem to really care and want to help, which is a massive bonus. Our parcel came promptly and well-packed.

The website is full of useful information that helped guide me as to which products would be most suitable for my baby and use. I was a novice to reusable nappies so from all the information provided and YouTube videos etc I feel fully educated and excited to use these products. The prices are highly competitive and cheaper than the obvious Amazon and have products you can’t buy easily on the uk market. Postage was free with my order which is often not the case living in the Channel Islands (sometimes delivery isn’t feasible at all) and arrived promptly and we are enjoying our products already. I bought some bits to try out reusable nappies with my baby. Baby hasn't been born yet, so can't comment on the products being used, but they were delivered really quickly, and look good. The website felt like it gave me lots of options for starting out with reusables, but I did need to do my own research to fully understand it all! But that just because there is so much variety.

The Mother-ease nappies are of an excellent quality, they do not leak and 'Heavy wetter' nappy indeed absorbs around 600ml. However my toddler's bum wasn't used to such amount of liquid around for such prolonged period of time (basically the whole night) and developed a rush. I presume this is what helped him to realise that wee is for the toilet and not for the nappy anymore. so it's a win-win situation. potty training nappies do absorb the whole wee as well, very easy to clean. Excellent purchase, albeit the expensive one.

I absolutely love the nappy lady. Their free advice service was so helpful and informative, and when we followed the advice we were given and bought the recommended nappy it completely solved our problem. Would recommend to anyone.
