I found the nappy lady website had everything I needed to find out about reusable nappies and discover what I wanted through the questionnaire. I completed it twice, having discovered what my priorities were after the first time and doing more research. The response time to questions was quick and the information is very clearly presented. It is also very helpful to have suggestions of the extras that you need such as nappy bins, liners and a laundry bag for out and about. I was able to purchase everything I needed and am on day 2 of reusable nappies!

I went for the free delivery option and it came a lot sooner than I expected too, all carefully packed. Quality of the items is good. Excellent quality products and fantastic customer service from The Nappy Lady. I originally only ordered the washable fleece nappy liners but decided I wanted to also purchase the premium fleece/cotton washable wipes. I contacted The Nappy Lady who were most helpful and added the additional product to my order. Delivery was very quick. I was given tracking details so I knew exactly when my parcel would arrive.
