If these are still trading then shame on them. I reported them back in 2019, as they took my money and didn't deliver. Do Not Use this Company, wish I read the negative reviews before I ordered. Trust pilot were going to investigate them whether they did, they advised they would be!!

Thieves!!! People please do not trust them,you will never gonna get your purchase,your money back. They not answering on the phone,not on e-mails,they warehouse not exist. At least now i'm buying only from websites with good reviews, they should be in a prison already,why google not doing anything about this,and still showing they website on 1st page. What shame! Anyway karma will get these thieves!!!

Scam Site. Do not shop there. I made an order, didn't receive any confirmation email, tried to contact them - both email and phone don't work. Luckily I decided to wait for confirmation email and didn't send money before.

Scam Site. Do not trust. I ordered products in October 2019 and its been 6 months and I never received the items. Lost £184.46 and cannot recover as they do not respond to emails or answer the phone.

No stars - it’s a scam and I’ve reported them to my bank And to trading standards ( not likely to care )but I should have read reviews first. It’s fraud if you take money and don’t deliver the goods

Avoid like the plague.... They never deliver the goods you've bought! After weeks of waiting for the product to arrive, after several emails and phone calls with no response, I finally lost patience. I phoned my bank and they are refunding the money and investigating Baking Deco. *** Beware, my purchase was put on a subscription so they could use the card details again.... Tell your bank to stop any payments to them in the future*** I wish I'd looked at the reviews here before buying from them.

Like everybody else, I’m putting one star as I cannot put zero. I’m another victim of this website, I really wish I had checked here before ordering and now they’ve taken my money and obviously I’ll never get my items. Nobody answers the phone, my emails aren’t even delivered. Please DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE. It’s a scam. I have made an order on 22/11/2018 and only part of my order was delivered. i have sent mails and tried to phone: no answer to my emails and nobody answering the phone. It is clearly indicated in my account that part of my order has not been shimped but a year later I am stillwaiting for a refund. I cannot recommend a site which clearly steals’oney from customers

This company is very bad, i ordered 2 mould on 18th OCTOBER, in my account it says is still processing, the email is not working as well as the phone call. I payed 27.98 and as I read all the reviews, I realise I will never get the product or the money back... I can’t believe this kind of people still do things like this. I can’t believe I didn’t look for reviews about this company as I usually do. They are a scam company, please don’t order from them, you will loose your money and receive noting. OMG I have Just ordered a silikomart red tail mould paid with MasterCard the money has gone through but no input about my order although I message them and e/mail nothing from this Bakingdeco company. Wish I had noticed these reviews wish I had seen these first. If I do not receive my order I will contact trading standards. this surely is not ok.

Hi everyone.Same problem here.We made order just week ago.Some of stuff they didn't have ,so we write them email about it,strange but we got answer :that stuff is on the way and delivery will be processed in few days.But of course nothing came ,no answer,no refund.But those guys not only smart a-s.We have some good friends who already start investigation,so for people who is into this company complains we showing names and address of those 2 directors.Probably some of you wanna talk with them face to face.We gonna send all details to London police as well.

Do not buy anything from this company, ive visited company warehouse that mentioned on their website, there are no one on this address, they closed their warehouse about 5 month ago. So dont waste your time and money..

They do not deserve even one star. As other people have said, this company is taking the money and delivering nothing. Emails go answered; the phone just plays music. Stay away.

So sad to see a good company go bad. The new owner seems to be using the company's previously excellent reputation to defraud the public: takes your money, doesn't deliver your goods. I would give zero stars if I could.
