I placed an order for expedited delivery last week and need to travel with the goods tomorrow but got no response whatsoever and order status is still saying ‘Processing’. I paid directly with my Debit card a total of £156. Can someone tell me if there is more hope of me at least getting my money back??

If I could give no starts I would, This company will rip you off, Take your money but not deliver the goods, I spent £94. with them on 26th May with next day delivery, still have not got my goods, They will not answer your calls or emails, stay away from them, wish I had seen this page before, I HAVE REPORTED TO BBC WATCHDOG AND I URGE OTHERS TO DO IT AS WELL, WE HAVE TO STOP THEM TAKING OUR HARD EARED MONEY.

This company doesn't answer the phone and doesn't send any products!!!! Take just the money. Stay far far away!!!!!

I used these fellas and got my stuff very first T time but with recently I had trouble trying to get my stuff and my money back. No one on other side of phone or emails just by luck PayPal sorted it. I highly recommend you stay away from this site and look for a genuine site.

I want to give this company no stars, I placed my order Saturday 8th June, they have taken my money but no correspondence to say my order has been despatched. The address given is an actual storage company and I asked if they have had any other complaints and they said quite a few. The telephone number is linked to white hart lane in London. I am glad my order only totalled £8.50, I know it is only Wednesday but my order should have been shipped on Monday, looking at the other reviews I can't see my order not arriving, like others I cannot get through. I usually read the reviews. Let's see if they redeem themselves and my order arrives today!!! If not I will be reporting them to Trading Standards.

5 horrendous company having the same issue as everyone else.Paid for an order 28/4/19, still waiting to receive the order or any correspondence at all. No confirmation email (should have been a red flag straight away) no response to queries on the whereabouts, phone just goes straight to holding music. Absolutely terrible we just hope we can get our money back.

Totally dodgy company, probably fake, they take your money but don't deliver anything. You can't get hold of them online or offline.thankfully I as able to get my money back through PayPal.

I ordered some silicon ice cream moulds. Order number: 4041. £60 in total. This was back in January 2019. I only received part of my order. I have emailed and phoned countless times to find out where the rest of the order is. No answer. Have they gone bust? Have I lost my money? It's appalling service. What can I do if I can't even get in contact with them? I paid via Paypal so hopefully can get the outstanding money back.

I’ m having just the same problem as others have described: no order no answer to the mails and phone. I’ ve bought from Baking Deco before and it never happened. Now clicking the link appears an advise warning someone is trying to pass for Baking Deco and steal information????????? I really don’t know what to do. Any suggestions?

I wish I read the reviews before I have ordered....they have disappeared, not answering emails, not even calls. I paid for the order on 9th January 2019 and till now being ignored. I have called Martellato to confirm with them if Baking Deco placed my order at all, and they confirmed 100% NOT! Martellato supplied me with the mobile phone number Baking Deco using and phone is always on, but no answer. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM AT ANY COST!

If there was an option for no stars that would have been selected. Ordered and paid for goods on two separate orders in December and no delivery. Emails, telephone calls and formal letters are ignored. Have now passed this on to Citizens Advice to investigate further. I would definitely not recommend this Company to anyone and wish I had read the other reviews before committing my money to them. Update - I am now going through the recharge service with my credit card company. Anything less than £100, you have 120 days to do this option. Once the forms are completed and sent back, I should get my money back. Update - Good news. I have now received my refund and looks like the website has been taking down.

Have taken payment but not delivered. They don’t answer their phone. They don’t respond to emails. On that basis I would urge any potential customers to stay well clear.

*****AVOID AT ALL COST*****. Placed an order 22nd September, their website says 3-4 days delivery. Emailed 28th Sept when items didn't arrived but got no response. Tried phoning 3rd Oct but the number on their website and emailed order confirmation is not recognised so I emailed them again but have still had zero response and no items delivered.

Do not buy from them, I haven’t received my product, contacted them several time by email only the phone doesn’t work, when is working they dont answer. Bought the product on the 2nd of August still haven’t received it I asked for the refund, they said they will receive it from Italy within a week.but nothing happened nearly a month now they are selling same product on Amazon. Be aware dishonest seller

I ordered two items 2 months ago and they have not arrived. Their phone does not work, when I emailed asking about the items they keep telling me they will send it out next week yet it still has not arrived. Do not use this company

AMAZING, i absolutely loved working with Victor and the Baking deco team. they are very quick and professional and are ready to work outside standard hours to help their customers. Overall a very pleasant experience and id definitely work with them again!
