OK。 wait , one more month past, ask online customer again, and they said going to check , and then , no answer back ! now 3 month ~! where is my toolS~~!!!!!!!!!! GOD !

I had ordered a particular product for a competition 9 days before the date of competition. My order went through and I was waiting for my delivery. After 5 working days , i called to check why my order was not delivered. A very polite staff member informed me that the product was out of stock. Obviously , I panicked and looked for alternatives. I was informed my order will be cancelled and money refunded. Eventually, I got an alternative product on the same website and enquired if it was in stock. I was informed yes and told if i order before 4 pm than I could receive the order next day. I ordered before 4pm , got a confirmation email from them and received the product on time next day. Overall experience is satisfactory . Though the systems are not smart or high tech, the staff is friendly and the response time is quick.

You get what you order. I just wish delivery wasn't so slow. As standard delivery I would prefer Royal Mail second class with the option to get 1st. My Hermes is so much longer for a standard small parcel. I can understand it for big orders but not small ones. And next day delivery is just crazy money!
