Very foolishly I placed several orders with them in close succession, which at first was ok as part of my first two orders came fairly quickly, unfortunately some of the items were on back order, which I was fine about, so placed another order of a stock item as well as an item again on back order. Then the problems started, after 3 weeks I realised I hadn't received the "in-stock" item, nor any communication about my back order items. So I left a message on the companies answering facility, and waited - nothing. Then i sent a message via social media - nothing, finally I emailed, where I did get a reply a few days later saying the order numbers I quoted weren't mine (they were and I sent screenshot evidence of the transactions) that was well over a week ago - again silence! So I have now opened a dispute via PayPal (so pleased I paid this way otherwise I would be down about £130). I'll not be purchasing from this company again. ***BUYER BEWARE***

United Kingdom | 15 March 2018I ordered an expensive (£30) easter egg mould on the 16th of February. It said, on their website, that they had a small amount of stock, but may need to back order. I emailed them on this, and received a telephone call from a rep, telling me that it would require back ordering, but that i would have it for mid-March. I agreed to this, as it would still allow me time to produce the eggs for my grandson's Easter Fayre sale. I contacted them once a week for progress of the order, and was assured that it would reach me as indicated. Then on my last contact - Monday, 12th of March - they informed me that it was due to be dispatched that day using expedited delivery. No sign of it. I cannot leave the house, due to health reasons, and have had 4 deliveries from other companies, so did not miss their courier. I contacted them via their Live chat on their website (ha, a bloody joke that is...) and waited an hour for someone to reply to my questions. No one has done so, so I am now opening a dispute in PayPal's Resolution Centre. I will now not be able to make the eggs for the Easter Fayre sale, so thanks a lot Baking Deco, you truly are cowboys. Avoid, avoid, avoid...

Australia | 13 November 2017I have placed an order on the 17th October 2017. And. I'm. Still. Waiting. Apart from the confirmation order that I got in the same day, never heard about my products. Have sent two e-mails to customer service for shipping information - no answer, nothing. Their website states that orders should be shipped the next day - totally deceiving. Feeling disrespected as a client. Will ask for my money back.

Denmark | 21 July 2017Worse costumer service I have experienced, DO NOT ORDER!!!! Dont order or use this site! I ordered a couple of silicon moulds and after waiting 3 weeks i contacted them for a track and trace, they told me they would send it on my email but never did. Same thing happend 2 more times over the next 2 weeks where they gave me some made up excuses why my order had not arrived yet. So I filed a complaint via PayPal to get my money back and the next day they gave me a track and trace number where I could see they had just send my package. Very unprofessional service and costumer service, would not use again.

I have emailed them, but they keep telling me the same thing, it is on its way. I ask for a tracking number, but haven't heard from them since. An absolute sham. Stay away

Two weeks ago I have ordered 20 different items and some of products were out of stock, so I was contacted by Joanna over email and informed about available dates of missing items delivery or offered refund for them. It was fine for me to wait, but for my surprise they came faster than I expected. Moreover, items were sent with next day delivery for free. I really would recommend their services to others and use their website in future. Love you guys and best wishes!
