Had a set of Bi Fold doors fitted to an extension by EKCO and they are just superb. Very keen price and a quality far superior to anything else we looked at. Due to problems getting a builder our project was on and for the best part of 2 years but throughout that period Craig kept engaged with us. I had real concerns that as the doors were not sourced along with the rest of the build I might have had installation issues. However, if you follow the comprehensive pre fitting instructions supplied by EKCO nothing can go wrong. Fitting team arrived as advertised. Very efficient and friendly. Post installation we had one slight issue with the lead door not closing during the very hot weather but Gary sorted that out in a matter of minutes and we live 4 hours drive from Edinburgh! I don't normally write reviews but as ECKO are exceptional I thought I would let you know!

We have just had bi-folding doors fitted to our new extension and I can’t recommend Ekco highly enough. The level of service was excellent. All the team were professional and friendly. The fitters arrived when they said and did a fantastic job fitting the doors, everything was very straightforward and absolutely no hassle. I couldn't recommend Ekco more highly. They were very professional and pleasant to deal with from the first point of contact.The products were available very quickly, and the fitters turned up when they said they would and were extremely helpful and polite. We are delighted with the Origin windows and the bi-fold doors, which look beautiful and are very easy to use. The aftercare service is also excellent.

We ordered a set of Origin bi-fold doors and five windows for our new extension. Within two weeks of placing our order the doors and windows were installed. Installation was handled very professionally and expertly carried out. The doors and windows are of a very high quality and look fabulous.

Ekco helped us design a terrific kitchen and installed it quickly and effectively. The fitters were nice guys, turned up on schedule and left the place clean and tidy at the end of the day. Small things like wearing overshoes to protect the carpet were appreciated and helped keep stress levels down. The Pronorm cabinets and worktop, and Siemens appliances are all good quality. Ekco also provided excellent aftercare when we had a couple of minor problems develop. Overall, I'd highly recommend ekco for your project.

A neighbour recommended ekco when things started to go wrong with my bathroom. I was heavily pregnant at the time so it was a major inconvenience. i needed a new bathroom very quickly but was wary about workmen coming into my home as I wasn't very well at the time and stuck indoors. When I approached ekco Stewart was quick to respond. He put me at ease and listened to my aspirations, and what I really wanted from my bathroom. He discussed the design with me and made suggestions which we incorporated into our bathroom, which made it extra special. I needn't have worried about the workmen. They got my bathroom done quickly, were courteous, and tidy. They were obviously very skilled at what they do and very professional. I now have a bathroom which has the wow factor. Everyone comments on how good it looks.  We have a family bathroom which is also my sanctuary so I fully recommend them, and have already done so to family and friends.

We had a new kitchen fitted by Ekco 3 years ago and a new shower room installed 2 years ago. They were professional and competent and they have transformed our house. All the fittings and units are of the highest quality and the workmanship and excellent organisation make them a joy to work with.

Having had our Kitchen refitted by EKCO and been delighted with the results we had no hesitation in having EKCO back to refit our cloakroom. The whole process was very easy and straightforward - from the initial visit to assess the job, the design and subsequent design discussion through to the actual fitting. EKCO are able to attend to all aspects of the refit including the flooring, re-plastering of the ceiling and any electrical fittings so the relevant contractors are available when they are needed, which makes the whole process extremely smooth and timely. EKCO has access to a wide range of quality sanitary ware, furniture and fittings which means they can price jobs to suit a range of budgets. All the EKCO contractors and fitters we have had dealings with have been extremely professional and friendly - they work to a very high standard. We have recommended EKCO to our friends and neighbours and would have no hesitation in having them back to refit our en-suite and bathroom when the time comes.

We have had an amazing job done by Ekco on our bathroom, we were recommended to go there by some friends who'd had theirs done, have to say it was a good choice, the end result is stunning, we were guided by Hollie, in terms of manufacturers and products options to choose from, the design presented was really impressive, it was a very easy & relaxed process, they clearly know the products well and the guys who fitted it arrived every morning on time and powered through the installation without any hitch, totally delighted, could not be happier with the finished result.

Ekco supplied our kitchen and we are very pleased with the results. The appliance, cabinets, worktops, accessories are to a very high quality. The customer service with our kitchen designer was excellent and they were able to guide us through every step of the process. We would highly recommend Ecko to others wishing to buy a new kitchen.

I was looking for ideas to transform our kitchen/ utility room / family room and I was delighted with the designs Heather suggested. Between us we came up with the final layout which is just perfect. I was happy with the style and quality of the Pronorm kitchens and decided to go ahead. EKCO were happy to arrange supply only as my son is a kitchen fitter, and ordering and delivery went exactly to plan. We required to order some extra panels after the main order was completed and this was done efficiently. All the EKCO staff were particularly pleasant and helpful and the whole experience was very satisfactory. I would definitely recommend this company.

Initially we thought that our small awkwardly-shaped kitchen was unpromising material but we were wrong. Designer Barrie Milne walked us through the alternative styles and finishes before producing an irresistible CAD design based on our choices. In doing so, he magicked a series of unique bespoke features such as a discrete book case, a concealed spice rack and a complex little display unit, using the normally unused spaces found in most kitchens. Our joiner,Gary, rose to this considerable challenge and brought Barrie's vision to life flawlessly. He was clearly on top of his game as indeed were the plaster, electrical, plumbing and flooring trades who appeared from time to time. Of course there were little admin/owner irritants along the way but where it mattered, for example any damage in transit, this was sorted without demur. In summary, we found Ecko to be expensive but much more than simply an installer. Our kitchen is now a delight to be in and that is the proof of the Ekco pudding.

We discovered Ecko by accident while searching online for customer feedback on other Kitchen companies. Previous customer feedback was very positive, and that mirrors our own experience. I really liked the fact Heather was prepared to challenge our own ideas and work with us to get the kitchen we needed, rather than the one we thought we wanted. The kitchen has been in 6 months now and we are very happy. The workmen were great, there were a few issues during the install, but everything handled promptly, with no snagging left outstanding on the final day of the install. Very nice company to deal with at a fair price for the quality of the outcome. Thanks Stewart, Heather & team!

Truly professional service from initial approach through design,ordering and installation of my new kitchen and bi fold door.Excellent attention to detail,clear communication,skilled tradesmen,completed ahead of schedule and any issue swiftly and courteously resolved.I really appreciated the guidance I was given in completing the building warrant.Ekco design team produced the plans I had to submit to building control so no need for the additional expense of an architect. I highly recommend Ekco.I am delighted with the stunning end result.

We found Ekco to be professional, neat, tidy and have created an absolutely stunning new bathroom for our family home. I'd highly recommend them and would have no hesitation in using them again.

This is our second review of Ekco as since completion we have had issues with tiles cracking, wc cracking and some re tiling done as a result of damage caused when making good the wall. Overall this project has been a bit of a nightmare. I would like to say though Ekco have sorted it out without any problem. Some of the issues were down to products failing but some were a result of not doing the job right in the first place and lack of supervision by Ekco. Overall the standard is at best ok, attention to detail below expectations on tiling.

Of the 3 companies we considered for conversion of both our kitchen and bathroom our decision was made easy by the quality of service, design options and final execution of all work done by Ekco. The whole process was pretty effortless for us and we (and our friends and family) could not believe the difference the work made to our New Town basement flat and the space they seemed to create. their after sales service has proved to be first class too and I recommend Ekco to anyone who will listen to me!! Great job!

We have recently had our bathroom designed and fitted by Ekco, they previously fitted our kitchen 2 years ago - we didn't consider using anyone else to fit our Bathroom due to the excellent job they did on our kitchen. Hollie, their award winning designer helped guide us through a new layout for our bathroom and choose wonderful tiles and fittings. The fitting team arrived on time every day and bent over backwards to have the bathroom installed within 5 days as we have no en suite shower room. We couldn't recommend them highly enough.

We found ekco at a home show last year then it turned out 2 of our neighbours and a relative have used them before for various products. This was great for us as we had first hand feedback which we could trust. We were at the early stages of planning a kitchen extension with possible bifold or sliding doors out to our lovely garden but we didn't quite know where to start. Ecko helped us by providing a couple different kitchen layouts (thank you Angus) which looked superb on the big screen at the Edinburgh showroom, this combined with different bi fold door options (thank you Craig) completely transformed the space. We provided a budget to Ekco for the kitchen which they managed to achieve no problem. We had designs done by 2 other local companies but unfortunately they seemed to think we had endless amounts of cash as their designs were way over our budget!!! Buying both the kitchen and bi fold doors from ekco meant we saved 50% off the door installation which was a great saving. The kitchen looks stunning and the bi fold doors are a dream come true.
