We recently had our en-suite shower room completely redesigned by Ekco. We chose this company because friends had their bathroom fitted by them so we were able to inspect the quality of their work. In the early days we were guided by Hollie, in terms of manufacturers and product options to choose from. She was very helpful and seeing the CAD presentation helped us make our final choices. The fitters arrived on time and were very efficient and hardworking. They made sure our floor areas were completely covered and safe before starting work. We are absolutely delighted with the final result and have no reservations about recommending the company.

As a new customer to Ekco and someone who has lots of bad building experiences in the past I am compelled to sing their praises. My bathroom is stunning, so much so I already have a kitchen planned! This is an impressive company make no mistake. From the initial design engagement through to the fitting I enjoyed every minute. The bathroom fittings are of the highest quality, truly stunning, but the workmanship is what makes it. In fact, the entire staff at Ekco are what makes it an exceptional company. Every single staff member I encountered were professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Ekco know their customers are making a significant investment to have their dream bathroom or kitchen and boy do they go extra mile to satisfy. My sense is they are not happy until you are happy which is what makes them an outstanding company. A word on workmanship. The attention to detail is something I had hoped for and boy did they deliver on every count. It is on a level I have never seen before. From start to finish, this was a great customer experience. From the fittings Ekco use and their courteous and pleasant staff, I would urge anyone thinking about home improvements to engage with these guys. We worked over a long period with Ekco to design and supply the kitchen and two bathrooms for our flat renovation and extension project. Ekco also fitted the kitchen for us. The whole process was very smooth. Everyone we met at Ekco was very accommodating and responsive and made the whole process easy. The people we worked with were very conscientious and creative in producing beautiful designs that fitted our requirements and were within our budget. We couldn’t be more pleased with the end product, it’s fantastic, works perfectly and is very posh!

I have some Origin bi-fold doors that were purchased through Ekco over 2 years ago but were installed by my builders. I’ve had cause to contact Ekco twice now for an issue with the installation and secondly more recently for a flaw in one of the glass panels. Despite the issues not being directly related to anything that Ekco did, when I contacted them their representative Karen, dealt with my enquiry promptly and professionally and quickly arranged for their installers to attend. Gary and Dave replaced the glass without any hassle and took the time to check and oil the locks and hinges on both sets of bi-folds. Thanks all at Ekco for your great service!

Had a set of bi-fold doors fitted last summer and the guys did an excellent job. Very professional, quick and tidy- nothing was a problem. I subsequently contacted them for a small trim replacement part and Craig has been really helpful in sending this out. Highly recommended by us and our builder.

New bathroom is fantastic. From start to finish the whole process was hassle free because of the team. Nothing was a problem and all my needs catered for. I first bought bifold doors from Ekco years ago, and the service etc at the time was really good. However it wasn't until recently that I realised how good it was, as I had an issue with some of the padding that surrounds the doors (Q-LON) and I phoned to speak to them about it, explained the issue and showed some photos. They immediately sorted out replacement parts and ensured I received them, even chasing up the courier when the delivery was delayed. Couldn't have asked for more to be honest. I'd already recommended them to neighbours previously, and would still continue to recommend them both for product quality and also for service. thanks.

Thank you EKCO for helping us out right before Christmas when our original supplier let us down last minute. We cannot thank you guys enough as it meant we could enjoy our Christmas with family and friends in our new extension. We received our quotation promptly which was very competitive against others we had received, their site survey was very informative as we discovered a couple things which our original supplier missed, the lead time was very quick and the installers were absolutely outstanding - you could tell they were very passionate about their job. We were updated by the office at every stage of our order which was nice to know everything was in hand. We look forward to working with EKCO again once we are ready to renovate our bathroom and ensuite. Highly recommend :-)

Love our new bathroom thanks for making it a stress-free installation. Your installation team were very respectful and left no mess when the job was complete. Our rainfall shower is a big hit and everyone wants to use it. Would definitely recommend to friends.

Bi-fold doors supplied and fitted in new kitchen. Great product and excellent installation service. The weather on the day of fitting was horrendous however he did great job and left area very clean afterwards. Doors are solid and no drafts. Massive improvement over the originally installed patio doors.

"Windows and doors fitted February 2018. Most windows had very little insulation, one window had none. This has now been rectified but it has taken 8 months. Still waiting for a replacement glazed unit for one window. This has been outstanding since April 2018. Front door doesn't keep out the draught, notified of this in February 2018. An inspection from the supplier of the door was commissioned in October 2018 but to date I have been unable to get sight of this report. Still awaiting end caps and gutter brackets - these were being sourced in September. Despite requests for a receipted vat invoice, installation guarantee, suppliers guarantee, door report and Code of Conduct for glazing installers I am still waiting. No protection to floors, poor communication as to when works/remedial works will start, and more importantly when all remedial works will be completed. There are more problems but too many to itemise. Wouldn't have given 1 star but had to to leave a review.

Almost a year has passed and our ekco windows and doors are still not finished. The job started by ekco in February 2018 to replace uPVC windows, front and back doors and uPVC gutters is still not complete. The windows were fitted with minimal - or completely without - any expanding foam to insulate and sound proof. Fixings were also minimal. The front door is draughty and the frame has been cracked and split where the fixings screws are. The door was inspected by the supplier in October and to date we have been repeatedly refused sight of the report by ekco. The supplier has even resent it to ekco at our request, but still they refuse to let us have sight of it. The inspector commented that the door had not been fitted or sealed correctly. Sills have been scratched and badly fitted. Window frames have been scratched. Double glazed units were fitted scratched and one is still to be replaced 11 months on. There is no end in sight as the numerous repeat remedial visits have no planning, little warning and make limited progress. We have repeatedly had to empty rooms and move furnishings, take down curtains etc when advised at the last minute “we will maybe be back tomorrow if that’s ok?” Work began Feb 2018 and there are still numerous outstanding issues. Ekco staff have ignored us, refused to provide any documentation and will not put a complete date this job.

We had quite a large project to complete of 27 Doors/windows Whilst we did a lot of research and had quotes from various suppliers in Scotland, we thought the overall quality of the Origin windows looked the best Craig provided a very quick quote which we accepted and installation was completed within 6 weeks Craig was very good with communication and also provided some excellent ideas on window / door configuration Installers were excellent and tidy led by Gary

We had bi fold doors fitted to compliment our new kitchen and we are thrilled we did . From the very start of the process it was 5 star service , the installation was Excellent as the workmanship , attitude and attention to detail from the fitters was first class.
