Live Chat was offline so I left a message with my email address to which I didn't receive a reply. Wrote a bad product review on their website which (surprise) hasn't appeared. They are quite happy to take your money, customer service appears to be non existent.

Germany | 24 July 2020i have never seen such a bad customer service in my whole life! I bought at Skin Two Germany but there is no one answering me. Not even Hounor at all! After a few days I wanted to send my package back, but I don’t got a label. So I send it back to the address, I got in an email with the RMA label. My package is laying at EZI RETURNS GERMANY for near a month and I still don’t got my money back!!! I send a lot of mails to Skin Two Germany AND Hounor but no one is answering. Even not in the online shop! The live chat don’t work and the hotline is dead! Never sawn such a unprofessional online shop! And again: You got 7 days until I will get legal actions.

The PVC products I have bought from Honour have always been of the highest quality and the customer service are prompt and polite in dealing with any queries I may have. Will buy again soon.

Process wasn't too bad but fir the price the quality was awful. When trying to leave a poor product review it's ever been published, so I'd be very wary of any customer reviews on the site.

United Kingdom | 30 August 2019Do not buy toys from them. Sent me a faulty item but I had to jump through hoops to get it replaced. They email you a label, the label pdf would not open. You then have to explain everything in writing as the phone call wasn’t enough, surly someone there can type? Then they test it....... then you get emailed ......... nope I have not got time for that, buying a sex toy from this company left me frustrated!!!!!!!!!

United Kingdom | 10 January 2019I have been shopping at Honour instore for many years and online for a couple of years and had no problems.. Small issue with recent order regarding delivery.. I ordered on Friday 4th Jan and paid extra for next day delivery by 1pm. I had a slight concern because there was no tracking info in order dispatched email.. So, 1pm Saturday and no delivery.. I phoned customer service and was told it was being sent by DPD instead of Royal Mail and would arrive on Monday 7th. The guy on the phone said i would receive a refund for the postage which i thought was fair enough.. Items arrived Monday so thats ok.. Today 10th Jan, no sign of refund yet (i don't know how long it takes) so i'll give them a bit more time.. Update.. After contacting the company again by email i received a reply stating that my refund had'nt been processed by the guy i spoke to... Thanks go to Lisa who contacted me by email and who sorted the refund which i have now received..

So, my bad, but, the invoice could have been something like shipment number 2, item number xxxx, will be shipped within 10 days or something to that effect. Anywho, 3 days later, I got a response.
