Eqsy to use web site and fast delivery

Absolute joke of a company, rude, ignorant staff and crap products. My slabs arrived broken and most of them were unusable. Altogether, over three calls I spent 3.5 hours on hold for around 10 minutes total time speaking to a person. An hour of this was spent being told by an automated system I was first in the queue. I was informed i'd be sent more slabs and could discard the ones that has been delivered (like I could manage that in my fiat after watching a HGV deliver them) plus my local tip charges for hardcore waste. The person I spoke to confirmed a new delivery date and nothing ever turned up.... there was no apology or anything when I called, when I pointed out I'd received a confirmation email there was around 45 seconds of complete silence on the call before I told the lady her customer service skills could be improved. I asked for a complete refund and she spoke to someone else and I was told i'd have it within 3-5 days, I asked for this to be emailed to me so I had it in writing, she told me she would speak to her manager again, put me on hold and left me on hold for 15 minutes before hanging up on me. My refund didn't arrive until I opened a claim with my credit card company and they asked for a independent assessment of the slabs, once I told Paving Superstore I would be claiming back the money for the assessment from them even if I had to take them to court (£45 for assessment).... I had the refund 2 days later. Thus ended the worlds longest headache. If anyone's wondering, I donated the slabs to a local gardening group who have used them for "crazy paving" and hardcore. I got some new slabs from a reputable company and I have an amazing new patio!

We ordered a palette of porcelain paving slabs for our back patio. Prices were great when compared to Wickes/B&Q. The website was easy to use. Delivery was prompt and the merchandise without fault.

First class product & service. I ordered around 50sqm of Raj Green paving slabs. They arrived within days and every slab was of superb quality and without a single breakage. They had been really well crated up, where left exactly where I asked, and on time. Now laid, they look fantastic and are exactly as displayed. We are extremely happy and would thoroughly recommend this company and product to anyone.

I took a chance buying these slabs as they were expensive but boy do they look good. I finally got them fitted and I’m really pleased with the result. Real quality.

Looked online at various styles and sizes. Then contacted directly on the phone. The staff were all very helpful in explaining how each style differed in texture and overall look. Also vey helpful when ordering specific amounts re pallet size etc. Payment dealt with swiftly and delivered within a couple of weeks. They contacted me a few days before to confirm. Would definitely recommend.

Great service

This is a warning to anyone who is considering buying a Talasey Porcelain patio product. DO NOT BUY IT! It's a nightmare. They say that it is 'highly stain resistant' but that is completely false. It is the worst thing I have ever bought. It was very expensive and has been laid really well but literally everything stains it. I cannot get the stains off no matter what I try. I can't even put furniture/flower pots/bbq etc on it as if it scrapes the wrong way it stains and you can't get it off. Leaves, bird poo, etc etc etc. It's soooo bad! And the Customer Service at Paving Superstore has been shocking. They have dismissed me and told me they can't help me because 'porcelain is highly stain resistant blah blah blah'. I have sent photos and videos of clear evidence that this is not the case and they are still fobbing me off. It's a disgrace. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY OR BUY THIS PRODUCT! It has honestly caused me so much distress I don’t want anyone else to go through this.

Good service delivered on time, put up in one day looks great already spent late summer nights in it

I requested a sample of paving via website. It was never received. So I emailed them, again no response, a further email sent. This was ignored as well. If this is the service before I part with my money, imagine what they would be like afterwards.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Really pleased with the porcelain tiles AND the price we got them for. Order process was easy and great communication regarding the delivery date and time. I accidentally over ordered but this was no problem as surplus pallet of tiles was collected at given date/time and refund issued promptly.. Can not fault.. Many thanks.
