We ordered our slabs having successfully received a sample (where others failed at the first step!) The slabs then arrived on the day they said they would, the driver was helpful way beyond how he needed to be in assisting us get them into our garage. All slabs were in 1 piece too! I’d use this company again :-)

The brass coloured screws/bolts supplied are inadequate. They are too soft in composition to take an Allen Key effectively. One had to be tightened using pliers thus marking the wood. ( can provide photo if you wish.) One was completely useless as I had to insert my own screws to hold it together. One is still proud and not flush as again screw head was too soft. We like the bench and find it comfortable to sit on.

Read some negative reports about PavingSuperStore but our experience was first class. Great product at a bargain price. Support staff were really helpful in providing information and allowed us to change our delivery date several times. Massive positive from us.

Once money taken service was rubbish. I had to chase the order up multiple times and each time had to wait in excess of 40 mins for the call to be answered. Promised deliveries never happened. After about a month I cancelled the order. Cannot recommend .

Paving delivered on time and just what we wanted. One broken slab but we didn't need it and had a few left over. The patio looks great with the natural stone pavers. Left over natural stone slabs make ideal bases on which to set pots and the cut pieces set off my bonsai nicely! Altogether a simple and easy purchase, and very positive outcome!

Fantastic company. Delivered on time. Porcelain outdoor tiles very good quality. Had one tile that had broken in transit. I contacted them and it was sent out next day, cannot get better than that.

Ordered some samples. Paid and never arrived. It’s only £9 but still. Sent email to ask what’s happening and no reply. Maybe the covid issue but a reply would of been nice.

I was full of anxiety and very undecided about what type of paving I wanted so it was really helpful to flick through the images of the paving in different situations on the website. The extra tech info was really helpful too, as a paving novice. Lots of handy info about choosing. I went for grey sandstone. I love its beautiful, natural and enduring finish which is just right for my ‘legacy’ terrace - this has got to last a long time so I wanted it perfect. Ordering easy - really easy to understand online ordering followed by good communication from a haulier asking about access for delivery. A minor blip caused by lack of availability of a truck small enough for my lane was sorted quickly so I got my slabs on time. The paving came very well protected, with no damage across 66 large 900 x 600 paving slabs on pallets apart from just one slightly flaked corner, amazingly. I absolutely love the final finish. The large slabs mean fewer join lines on what is actually a small area, so it makes it look larger. The slabs feel great underfoot. Neighbours have changed their patio order to this paving which is very flattering - it must look great to others, not just me! Very pleased.

Service and communication were very poor. Took over an hour everytime to got hold of reception. My order was 2 months late.

The patio slabs came 20% broken and the quality was awful, i emailed straight away but they needed the pallet and slip on it ,which my husband had already got rid of, so didn't get anywhere

We recently ordered porcelain paving via the website. It was delivered quickly and arrived in perfect order. The cost was competitive and we are delighted with the quality of the paving. They were super helpful in working out what I needed and listened patiently to my poor attempts at describing what I was looking for 🤣. Then the order was delivered without issue by a great delivery driver who was able to put the stones right next to where they needed to go. I’d have no hesitation in ordering from them again.
