I requested a porcelain wall cladding option that did not turn up, another one was sent and only arrived a week later. I was annoyed by the delay but decided to buy the product from them as they were the cheapest for the wall cladding we wanted. I am happy with the product, the delay was disapointing.

After placing the order online- I received a message that the product was 'out of stock' and that they had not updated the website. Huge irritation and then you have to request a refund- but it was resolved and stuff were friendly enough.
