United Kingdom | 23 January 2022They signed me up for subscription and the only way to cancel is by emailing, but they don’t respond to emails. Avoid like a plague… UPDATE: Wellgard just edited their response to this review that there is an option now to cancel subscriptions online (which hopefully works for their future customers) and they've also added their phone number on the website. I won't change the review as that doesn't change my experience: I emailed them twice asking to cancel the subscription. They say they email 3 times about these repeat orders, but I first found out it when a pending transaction appeared on my bank statement. I called them up to check why they didn't respond to my emails but the order had been dispatched. They kindly offered to send it back for refund but it's too much hassle for me. In addition, I opened the pack of Ashwagandha supplements last week (which I ordered from Wellgard 2 months ago) and they smell rancid.
