Wellguard always respond quickly to orders and subs I find. The bovine collagen is tasteless and actually makes my coffee taste better and creamier. Not sure this does anything for my skin but I certainly notice my nails grow quicker and stronger. My hair is always good 😙 so no idea if it improves that either!

So this is my personal experience of the Wellgard Collagen. One day of taking it caused horrendous diarrhoea and stomach cramps. I thought this might be a short term virus so gave it a few days. Each time I took it I had diarrhoea. In the end I stopped taking it to see if it was the problem and I’m almost back to normal. I lost a few pounds in the week I was on it. I will be throwing it away. There must be something else in it for it to cause such a reaction. The price was reasonable. I guess you get what you pay for.

I purchased Gutstar after all the hype on TikTok. Apparently the probiotics are meant to help you go to the toilet. 11 days and I’ve been 4 times. I’m not regular but think I would’ve gone more than that without them. Waste of money.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received. I placed my order on Sunday (28/07) and didn’t receive a tracking number until (31/07), despite the company stating that orders would be dispatched within two business days. I had to email them to get the tracking number, and even then, it seems like they only provided the number without actually dispatching the order. There was no response to my email with any apology or explanation. This company appears to be a fake “big company.” They may brand themselves well, but their customer service is among the worst I’ve experienced. The delivery is scheduled for next Tuesday (06/08), a full 9 days after placing the order. Absolutely terrible. I will use Amazon for future orders. Additionally, there’s no option for next-day delivery, and no ETA is provided when placing an order. There are no updates at all. A shambles of a company. I strongly advise avoiding purchases from this website. I cannot comment on the quality of the products yet, as it will take a while to receive them due to their poor delivery service.

I am on my 2nd order of both collagen powder and magnesium glycinate capsules. I’m very happy with results on both. The collagen powder dissolves easily in my tea/coffee & I don’t notice a taste. I prefer to take in hot drinks as I don’t feel it dissolves as well in cold drinks. I’ve noticed a marked improvement in my skin texture and minimising of fine lines and wrinkles. The magnesium capsules is the product I’m most happy with. I suffer from restless legs and since taking the capsules my symptoms have definitely reduced significantly. It hasn’t got rid of my symptoms entirely but going from having restless legs from 10pm every night to once in a blue moon is amazing! My sleep quality has also greatly improved, which is another welcome relief as I work nightshift and can struggle to settle down after shifts or on my nights off. I noticed positive improvements in my PMS symptoms this month, which was another welcomed relief. All-in-all a fab product and one I intend to continue taking.

I waited 4 days to see if my order had been dispatched, I emailed but received no reply. I filled out the contact form which refused to send. I Will try to contact Wellgard again today.

Great collogen. After dealing with Sunna supplement .. who lied then went back in words when I didn’t recieve an order.. despite being a repeat customer.. they had zero customer service and finally when they did respond it was all lies .. I searched for a halal collogen and came across wellguard. This is better, it comes in a container which is much more convenient than a pouch. This cologne dissolves better in my tea. And customer service are very helpful. I will be ordering more from this brand for my parents and In-laws.

What a horrible experience. I tried contacting the support centre but nobody is answering . I have no idea where my package is and I needed the gutstar before I go on my holiday. I wrote multiple emails and nobody is responding . Didn’t expect that from such a big company. A week has passed and no reply from them.

I really like the collagen powder as it’s tasteless in the drinks. And also the Vegan Beauty Gummies which help with hair nails and skins. They taste really nice and i can see my nails starting to look more healthier after using the gummies.

Poor customer service, advised they were getting an order ready to send me, I cancelled my subscription and wrote an immediate email advising them not to send me the gummies as I could no longer take them due to upcoming surgery. Ignored my email, had to write 3 times before I got a response. They sent the gummies anyway, charged my card and when I finally got an answer said they would refund my money if I returned the product but at my cost!

Scam company! I won a giveaway on their Tiktok live on 16/11/23 & nothing was sent to me, despite continuously chasing, getting no where & being muted by a member of your team during another live! I have now received a post office parcel note telling me i have to pay £5 to release my giveaway prize! As you scammers have not covered postage on my giveaway prize! Keep your cheap vitamins hun, at the end of the day it is principal and you have lost a costumer here! UPDATE- I received an email from you on 15-3-24 stating you want more details.. well here you go… since chasing a response from your tiktok team i have been completely blocked by your associate ANDREA and she sent me a disgusting rude message blaming me for chasing about MY GIVEAWAY PRIZE! I am literally appalled by the lack of professionalism…

I ordered £62 worth of products on the 25th August that never arrived. I contacted Wellgard who eventually responded on the 19th september asking if I want a refund or to resend products, I responded on the same day. I have yet again heard nothing and received no products. So my money has been taken, I have no products and it has taken 2 months for me to receive one email. Horrific customer service.

I use the Vitraflora product from Wellgards range and don’t have a bad word to say. I’ve had issues with recurrent thrush infections and I’ve not had one issue since using this product. My partner also compliments on how good I smell and taste too. Definitely recommend this product to anyone that has bother with their intimate flora.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE! Useless product did absolutely nothing to help but the worst part is they ignore all emails asking to end subscription and keep billing. I am having to contact Trading standards to report them. Absolute scam artists. Stay away at all costs

Absolutely first class service and goods. I have been using the apple cider gummies and collagen for the last month and the results are clearly visible in my health and skin. Have added as a subscription so i never run out. The team have responded to all my emails within good time. Fab.

I used Vitaflora for a few weeks with none of the desired positive effects reported by most. I am not sure whether this was just a bad batch of the capsules or just not suitable for me, but I cannot recommend it. I got side-effects which lasted about 5 days followed by an increase in discharge and increase of foul smell which subsided as soon as I stopped using Vitaflora. Obviously, this is all very subjective, but honestly I just could not fathom how it seems to work for everyone within a few days, but not for me. I’m very suspicious that this was just a poor quality batch.
