Like other comments on here I can see that they have a tendency to not reply. It has been three weeks since my order and everytime I ring it’s ignored and emails still haven’t been answered.

I had ordered their products before from Amazon and found them effective but I will never deal with this company again. I am going to report them to my bank as a scam.

France | 16 May 2023My experience with this company was beyond terrible. They implemented an automatic subscription without my consent, forcing me to repeatedly reorder the same products. Despite sending multiple emails, I received no response from their customer service team. Moreover, they didn't provide an option to remove my payment method on their website. It was an incredibly frustrating and unsatisfactory experience overall. I strongly advise against engaging with this company!!!!

United Kingdom | 14 May 2023I ordered from here before and nothing arrived but when I contacted them they said it had probably gone missing and sent out my order again. It was minus 2 packs of vitamins but when I raised this, they added them on. I thought a bit suspicious but as they quickly sorted it I trusted them. Now I have ordered again and it hasn't been sent and no one has replied to the 4 times I've emailed or used contact form on site. Going to raise it with my bank and they'll report it. Awful websites can get away with this.

United Kingdom | 05 May 2023Update* Order arrived as promised next day, still waiting on the refund to be processed I placed an order last week and had been checking regularly for updates but nothing had changed, I called the customer service number and asked to cancel my order and receive a refund however the person I spoke to was very apologetic and assured me he would have the order dispatched today they even refunded me for one order as I ordered incorrectly, within 10 minutes of coming off the phone call I had received a refund confirmation email and a dispatch email. I obviously haven’t received either yet but I just wanted to leave a review as so far they have been very helpful.

After multiple emails and calls that just ring out, they have ignored my messages and now I am over £50 down and no products to show for it. I truly believe they are a scam company and everyone should avoid.

Always respond to my emails about any questions I have and once I didn’t receive my order and they sent me a new one which I really appreciated! Also love their probiotics <3

I ordered the collagen powder on the 3rd January 2023 and it arrived on the 7th. I have only had two mornings of taking it so hopefully will start to see results soon.

United Kingdom | 28 December 2022After reading the one star reviews I have to say I agree with them, I ordered on 9th December 2022, Item still not received, I do understand there has been Royal Mail strikes and Xmas in between, however on tracking the item seems Royal Mail haven’t even received the item from Wellgard, tracking says sender sending item, been like this since 12th December 2022! I have used the contact form on Wellgards website, that’s says expect a response within 4 hours that hasn’t happened, I have tried to call the number on the website no answer, sent an email requesting a refund I doubtful I will get a response, have now gone elsewhere, subscription cancelled too as seems to unreliable to use again as no customer service at all and I don’t trust I will get further orders. I wouldn’t use again sadly and seems others have had the same experience as me too.

United Kingdom | 08 December 2022Do not use this company. I placed an order on the 25th November and even with the Royal mail strikes I should have received it. The customer service representative was very unhelpful, unprofessional and even laughed when I said I would like a refund and used the word cool numerous amount of times. Not once, was the rep empathic or apologetic. I also asked why I had not received a response to my email and he said he did not know why and said was I aware we are a small company (in a sarcastic tone and am excuse) which I confirmed I did not know this. A small company that clearly spend a lot of money on a decent website but unable to deliver the service, and hire/train professional staff. It was evident the call was not being recorded and he confirmed it was not. I would be very concerned of the quality of the vitamins given this experience. Back to Holland and Barrett.

United Kingdom | 08 December 2022Just had a very frustrating c/s contact ordered on 26th Nov, order was supposedly sent 48 hr tracked. I emailed on Monday to chase, no reply or even recognition. Even with strikes I would expect to have receieved it. Was told well if it doesn't come by lets see next Tuesday call back. No offer to check order, no offer to resend just fobbing me off. Evenyually offered 'a refund' we will see if that happens. I would not order from this company again even though the products are really good. Customer service non existent.

United Kingdom | 17 November 2022This is for customer service l'm sorry but were is the customer service why does the photographer keep answering the phone saying there is nobody to speak to. I'm so confused with how this company is run the products are good but l email nobody replies l phone and get the same man who l'm told is a photographer which l don't believe at all. I was promised a refund on my last order for it being lost and l was told it would be free of charge and refunded this was by someone called nicole by email the next day. It seems strange to me that everytime l phone l get this same man who is no help whatsoever tells me there is nobody at all there to help and l believe shouldn't be allowed to answer the phone if he can't sort out a simple issue. I'm so confused with how this company runs the products are good but the customer service isn't and this mystery nicole who said my order would be refunded for the customer service l received and it's happened again same guy. Ive worked in customer service for 15 years this isn't normal for a company that one person the photographer again answering the phone sorry l'm not buying it. It's just poor customer service. If you say your refunding an order because my order was lost and the bad service l received on the phone and sending a new order free of charge which you did. I shouldn't have to phone back and get the same person who can't help but is answering the phone to customers. They refunded this order eventually but asking trustpilot to remove my review is wrong this should be taken as constructive criticism your products are very good but the customer service is not and this is my experience with your customer service.
