In 2016, we set out to create a radical brand of supplements. For too long, the supplements industry had been defined by exaggerated promises and ridiculously high markups. Excellent customer service! I contacted customer service via email regarding a delivery that was not received (no fault by Wellgard, courier delivered at incorrect address). I was able to show photo evidence that package was left a wrong address. No fuss, no questions asked Wellgard sent replacement products at no cost. Apart from excellent customer service, I am very happy with product as well - Pure Collagen, good value for money, doesn’t have a bad taste unlike other products on the market.
