I lost 45000 euros to clever trade. got nothing back by 24.1.23. All false promises. scammers are already draining victims and this company too, no wonder there is hell for all these money swallowers. I paid you 4000USD. you said you have the authority over bitcoin blockchain. you were all beating around the bush for 14 months. only know how to talk. such a pain that i trusted you and lost more money. You actually hide the truth that the payback ltd is going to deal with this case in the beginning. You got my fees and then gave all the information to paybackltd. I have no words to say how they were beating around the bush without writing proper emails. Don't look for good reviews after swallowing someone's money. I will never ever recommend or come near these kind of websites again. feel like already in hell in this world

Nothing but a scam. Can't offer me service because they charge people more then $500 which is what my mother lost. They said they will only help me if I leave a 5 star review. Don't trust these crooks

I was scammed over a year ago out of $5000 - not life savings but still a really awful experience. I stupidly gave this company more of my money only to be scammed again. They talk a lot and tell you want you want to hear - full of promises and reassurance and then all communication completely stopped. I called and emailed so many times and never heard back. Literally felt like it happened to me all over again. First review I have ever posted to warn others!

Any company who needs to offer a person something to give them a 5 star review in my opinion shaddy. They refused my case then asked me to give them a five star rating ... They want to charge you money to get back your money . Something doesn't seem legit Let me add that they wouldn't give the advice until I shown them I gave then a 5 star review..... it's an act of fraud to offer a service for a reward or 5 star review..... would u give me the information without the 5 star review no you wouldn't that's a bribe and it's also fraud . Payback LTD and Funds Recovery are the same company. They want to separate the two to show you one has good review and the other don't. After you pay they will redirect you to Payback LTD. I lost USD 90k to crypto currency (polkaswaps.me) and was frantically looking for help and found Funds Recovery through google search. Monica Greene was the one who got back to me, she convinced me that they were very confident to solve my case and get my money back. Cost was 10%($9000) and I was very reluctant to pay. At first they were very hands on with Mara Polanski taking on my case. But after not getting good response from my bank, Coinbase, Binance, Huobi, Ombudsman, they did not reply to my email anymore. All these letter were copied and pasted for all the case they took. Reports like coin tracking they sent me meant nothing. It has been a year and nothing helped. They just tried to look like they were very helpful but they were just wolf in sheep clothing.

I called this company over a year ago to assist me with a case. I have told them over a million times now that I have changed my mind and do not want to go forward with their company. They have been harassing me with nonstop calls. They call at all hours and I keep telling them to stop calling me I don’t want to go with their service and they DONT STOP. I dont know what’s wrong with you people but STOP CALLING ME I DONT WANT YOUR SERVICE AND YOU HAVE BEEN HARASSING ME WITH YOUR CALLS FOR OVER A YEAR. Do not give these people your phone number I’ve blocked their number and they use a fake number to call me again. They don’t take no for an answer. I will need to change my phone number because of these people because they do not stop! I’ve told them so many times please I beg you stop calling me and they keep doing it!

I am not a competitor???? Excuse me. I tried using your service back in March. When I decided not too. I said No. I have recieved 5 calls a week. I have the emails to prove the amount of times. The countless people's names. STOP CALLING ME AND DONT LIE TO PEOPLE. I am not fake. I do not usually review companies. I told these people months ago to stop contacting me. I've tried all different ways to tell them to leave me alone. Yet I am still being harassed by phone calls, emails and texts. LEAVE ME OUT OF WHATEVER YOU CALL THIS. TAKE ME OFF YOUR CALL, EMAIL AND TEXT LIST PLEASE! I do not want to be contacted by this company again. I am sick of blocking the continuing harassment.

This is to reply to Funds Recovery. There was no convenient day or time to call, they were told that and to quit emailing and calling, they continued to pursue, hopefully this will make the harassment stop.

After I received my first call from the case coordinator, and throughout the whole process the FR staff was pleasant and informative, and I felt they were on top of the situation. Once I received an offer from the bank, my agent considered it fair, and he advised me to take it, though it was my decision. I did take it and I got €22,000 which is more than a half of my initial losses.
