Shortly after the process started moving, they prepared very useful documents that helped me to settle a dispute with my bank. After handling my claim for almost 11 months, I obtained a refund of almost the full amount.

Beware, I first approached this company as I had a scam issue which was resolved by another 3rd party. Despite the fact that I had already informed them that my issue was resolved they have kept harrassing me with calls and emails despite making it clear to them that I no longer require their assistance. It's really embarrassing how both women and men working for this company have been complicit with the harrassment of calls and emails. Yet they have disregarded my request. As they have failed countless times to honour my request I have decided to make this public. This is by no means a scam I have proof of the emails they've been sending and the missed calls by different numbers. Please do not get in touch with me again otherwise I'd have to take legal action.
