I was scammed out of my life's savings (120k) - finding someone willing to help was almost impossible. Then I came upon Funds Recovery & I gave them a shot. I actually got a call back from a very nice man named Jordan who was friendly & very helpful. Even though I knew I was the one who screwed up - he never made me feel stupid for doing so. He explained everything - did daily follow up calls & even when I was delegated over to the lawyers' group, he still managed to call to see how I was & how things were going. I would recommend this company & especially Jordon for his outstanding concern & care.

They are very unprofessional and won’t stop contacting me. When they called me I said I was busy but they kept pushing. So I said I was uninterested. Then they said was a liar and insisted that I should listen to their offer. Finally I just had to hang up. If they were a legitimate business, they’d never be so rude, pushy and manipulative. Especially, with people who’ve already been scammed.

I got associated with Funds Recovery in Feb 2022. Initially I was promised that my case would take a maximum of 4 months and they would be able to recover my funds as they had dealt with "many similar cases" . Made a payment of $1000 upon assurances from them and everything was professional until then and even during the initial stages. Post the payment the case was handed over to a gentleman from payback who initially sent letter formats to forward to concerned authorities and that was about it, this seemed to have done nothing. And then comes their true actual service which is doing nothing. I have literally sent about 20-25 follow up emails to which they responds after a month. They portray an image of being so busy with other cases and the least I expect is atleast an update stating that it will take a little longer, but no - there is no update or response whatsoever. I understand that one needs to be patient while dealing with the recovery but I have been trying to follow up for the past couple of months now with no response from their customer support or the case manager or the case coordinator. Initially, it seemed hopeful and I thought I'm lucky to have found this service, but do not fall in this trap. They are literally just taking advantage of scam victims with false promises. Do I regret paying the hefty fee for their services ? Absolutely, because the service provided so far just feels like unprofessionalism at it's best, it's that pathetic. Not sure about how the company and the other case managers work, but I have had an horrendous experience with my assigned case managers. I would suggest learn from your scam and stay away from their services which is a bunch of big professional lies.

I don’t know how other asset retrieval companies do their business, but I’m satisfied with the work Funds Recovery did for me, but I hope I never have to contact them again ;)

I am still in the process and waiting for the decision from the bank. Luckily, I got some amount of the money back after 3 months. They are very professional and know what they are doing.

I am based in India. I got associated with Funds Recovery way back in January 2021 - a lady by the name Sarah was in touch with me. She had promised that they are confident of recovering my BITCOINS from the scammers within 60 days. She had asked me for USD 1000, but reduced it to USD 700, which I paid in TWO INSTALMENTS. I thought her to be professional. TILL DATE, IT HAS CHANGED SO MANY HANDS, BUT NOTHING HAS HAPPENNED. WHEN YOU PUSH THEM, THEY CALL YOU AND IT IS ONLY ASSURANCE. THE PEOPLE WHO CALL ARE EXTREMELY RUDE. BY THE WAY, THEY HAVE TIED UP WITH PAYBACK LTD WHOM THEY HAVE HANDED OVER TEH CASE. THERE IS THE GENTLEMAN MR RAFI - ABSOLUTELY DOES NOTHING. THEY HAVE SET LETTER FORMATS, WHICH THEY SHOW YOU AND THAT IS ABOUT IT. INITIALLY, I WAS VERY HOPEFUL, THAT I WILL GET BACK MONEY, BUT THEY ARE NOT TRUTHFUL AT ALL.

I got scammed by some girl online. Her name was Lilly O’connely, or so she told me. I discovered everything was a lie, so why not her bame. We were chatting for almost 9 months and I gave more than thirty thousand dollars. When I finally realized she was a horrible liar, I couldn’t live with myself. I wouldn’t have starved, but I didn’t want to ask my kids for money. My neighbor was in hot water with a fake investment company, and Funds-Recovery helped him. So I gave them a go. Even though I had to be really patient they proved at the end it was worth it.

Fund recovery told me they were going to get back the money I had lost. I was very very sceptical but after eight months of perseverance they managed it. I got everything back plus interests. Well done.

My wife and I decided to invest in real estate so we wanted to to check opportunities in North Carolina. We got scammed out of almost 80,000 and we thought we lost everything. Praise Jesus, a friend from church told me to check Funds Recovery. After five monts they returned most of my money. Funds Recovery - well they sure did that.

Me puse en contacto con ellos y exponiendo mi caso les comenté que me lo iba a pensar, ya que tenía que pagar 2000 Euros por adelantado. No he llegado ni a contratar con ellos pero sólamente por la insistencia y la cantidad de llamadas que he recibido. Aparte de la mala educación de la persona que me llamó, que no tenía ni pizca de empatía, usaba términos de falta de respecto constantes como "ya no eres un niño" "por qué no respondes a mis llamadas" vamos ni que fuera mi novia. Lo último ha sido esto de "ya no eres un niño" y cuando le digo que me lo tenía que seguir pensando me ha colgado directamente. Si digo que tengo que pensarlo pues tengo que pensarlo, ya me pondré en contacto de nuevo en el caso de que me apetezca. No es necesario llamar 15 veces al día cuando no tenéis ni idea de si estoy ocupado o no. Lamentable la verdad.

I have been scammed by Chinese scammers and lost lots of money. Unfortunately, there are more people that are ready to rob victims further. Rep. from Funds Recovery has been calling me, blackmailing me to pay upfront fees and even after I told her that I paid another company and they did not recover my money, but she does not give up. She transferred me to her agent. The agent kept me on the phone for more than an hour, pressuring and blackmailing me to process my credit card for $5000 Do not pay anybody upfront fees! They can NOT recover your lost money. You will lose more money. All these "Pay-back -recovery" companies are frauds.

After I was scammed in an investment scheme, I decided to try this service based off the Trustpilot rankings. I didn't like the upfront fee nor the no guarantee, plus the additional 10% recovery fee, but decided to go ahead after a high pressure 'interview' with an associate. My bank would not process the credit card or the international wire. The bank fraud department called me and advised me it was a probable scam. So I did not transfer the funds and even after I told them I wasn't going to proceed. Since then they have called and harassed me many times, often ringing multiple times on different numbers so quickly i had trouble blocking all the numbers. They may very well be good at getting money back and I'm happy some of you have had success, but their sales and pressure tactics are unacceptable. The guy was very abusive and condescending. I may never get my money back, but I'm darn sure not giving these guys any.

Stay Away from these scammers! They sound charming but this is a scam from top to bottom. Stay away from anything Moneyback Ltd by Israel company. All the good reviews are 100% fake. Probably by their employees or being paid. ETA: seriously they are trying to get this comment removed because they are so exposed. They are such scammers. They want 10% of your money up front without even bothering to look into your case prior and then another 10% if they recover your money. When talking to the “case manager”, you can hear him muting you as the conv comes in and out or does not hear you. Do not get associated with this company. ETA2: yeah you didn’t succeed removing my comment because it’s the truth. I guess I should thank you for helping me to get my comment verified. so thank you because now I can warn people to stay away from this company. ETA3: pfff… your response is lame. If I was a competitor then how did I get verified? Because I actually had real proof of dealing with your lying company. Also ever thought that the reason i do not want you to know who I am because I do not want you to continue to harrass me? My advise to the public is just avoid them at all cost! ETA4: even after over a month of me not responding to any of their calls or emails, they keep calling! They have like gazillions different phone numbers. Like get a clue! I keep blocking their numbers.

very impressive service. I had to pay over 10% upfront and now I need to pay a success fee but it was totally worth it. Got back over 200 grand I sent to a scam called fast invest ltd. Thanks to Aviv and Dvir and of cource mark teller. You guy are the best. Thank you so much!
