I traded with a company called s2trade from 2017 to 2017 with a lot of money. The broker often called me to ask me to add funds to accounts. I did . After I lost most of my money, I stopped trading. The remaining values (around US60) in the accounts were too small to be withdrawn, according to the company's policy. Subsequently, they collected the remaining accounts as an account inactive fees. I knew this was not right so I looked online and found they were not regulated along with many other complaints. I was very skeptical of funds recovery when I first filed my complaint. The person I spoke to was a little pushy to start my case as he said it was time sensitive to start right away. Reluctantly I agreed. Thankfully though the company did everything they promised and I was able to get my money back. I started with them about 3 months ago and I got my money back last week.
