Ordered the package to the shop to pick it up, it never arrived at the shop due to the opening times and was send to a Post Office Pick Up point instead. Due to the delayed timeline, I couldn't pick it up anymore as I was already travelling, so it was send back to Blue Tomato. I have attempted to get a refund several times via their customer support (phone and email) and it takes forever for them to process it. Super frustrating experience - Nice products but only buy in person in the shop and don't rely on delivery / refund etc.

I had a terrible experience with Blue Tomato and their so-called “express delivery.” I ordered a snowboard and paid extra for express shipping (1-3 days) because we had a scheduled trip to the Alps 13 days after purchase. Before placing the order, I contacted Blue Tomato, and their employees assured me the board would arrive on time. Despite their promises, the snowboard arrived 15 days after purchase, well past both the expected delivery window and our departure date. When I reached out for assistance and requesting a refund, their customer service was helpful and offered a replacement order straight to our hotel in the Alps and again assured this would arrive before we arrived, however that shipment was also delayed. This experience was beyond frustrating. Not only did I pay extra for express shipping, but I also relied on their staff’s assurances, which turned out to be completely false. Because of their incompetence, I had to spend over 60 euros on a rental board. If you need gear on a deadline, do not trust Blue Tomato—their delivery estimates and promises mean nothing. I won’t be ordering from them again.

Worst online shop ever. I bought a snowboard pants on 08.01.2025. It never arrived to me and lost with DHL. DHL tracking shows no update and it is basically lost. I call their call center 2 times. I opened a ticket etc. Still they are not refunding the money or they are not sending a new pants. They keep saying they are investigating it. Never ever shopping with Blue Tomato again

Sur une commande de 5 articles je n'en ai reçu qu'un avec 3 semaines de retard. Le livreur aurait mis le colis dans ma boîte aux lettres. À ma grande surprise en ouvrant celle ci aucun colis à l'intérieur. Blue tomato sont incapable de retrouver mon colis et refuse de me rembourser. Ils sont clairement en train de me voler. Un service client à fuir ils sont incompétent et rejette la faute sur leur livreur FedEx.

Extremt dåligt! Beställde två produkte. Efter två veckor utan att ha fått mina beställning eller hört något från dem, kontaktade jag dom och frågade när den skulle komma. Deras svar var: en av produkterna har vi inte kvar så din beställning har blivit stoppad i vårt system. Om det nu är så så är väl det minsta man kan begära att bli kontaktad. Riktigt dåligt!!!

Ignore any bad reviews! I am SO pleased with everything about this company! I hadn’t heard of them before and was apprehensive about it being based in Germany (I am in UK) but went for it anyway. I ordered 2 ski helmets and realised one was the incorrect size so called the next day - I got straight through and the communication was second to none - so helpful and got my issue resolved immediately. The helmets were sent the same day and took just 6 days from ordering to arriving at my door, with email updates at each stage. Over the moon!

Super schnell super gut, leider war der Snowboardboot zu klein, aber dann direkt in Thun in den Shop gebracht und wird dann zurückbezahlt. Leider können sie den Boot nicht in meiner Grösse bestellen.

- Newsletter Mail hat >30 min gedauert, um code zu bekommen - keine Antwort vom Support seit 5 Tagen - Bestellwert war +50€ trotzdem musste ich Versand zahlen - Rücksendung musste ich selber bezahlen, trotz Notiz im Paket, dass dies nicht nötig wäre.

Comprato scarponi snowboard DC Phantom doppia boa misura 46 Per ora non le ho ancora provati in pista, ma provandoli in casa li sento comodi. Per chi ha la piantana larga del piede come il mio li consiglio. Il materiale dello scarpone è di ottima qualità a tatto ed a vista. I tempi di consegna sono stati veloci.
