Austria | 28 January 2024Kundenbetreuung = 0. Die Filiale in Oberwart kann man nur alleine erkunden denn außer gut Gekleideten und gut Geschminkten Damen wird man dort nichts finden. Hätte neue Snowboard-Schuhe+Bindung gesucht doch musste ich allerdings das Geschäft verlassen ohne eine Beratung da sich keiner Zuständig gefühlt hat. Es war nur ich im Geschäft ansonsten keine anderen Kunden und 3 Verkäuferinnen. Ich bin absolut enttäuscht.

I have reached out to the company multiple times through different avenues (calling, WhatsApp, website) and have not received any response. There is no information whatsoever about my order. They still charged my credit card though...

Austria | 26 January 2024Bought a black diamond jet force pro 25 backpack, in January, and when it arrived, the battery wasn't working, so I reached out to blue tomato's costumer service, which took a while to reply. So it turns out their return policy if they a defect order to you, then you get a voucher for the amount you paid. So now the backpack is 500€ more expensive, and according to costumer service, that is "a shame, but unfortunately that is their policy, and there is nothing I can do about it". So not only can they not send me a functional backpack, that I bought, or reimburse the amount difference from their mistake, so I can buy a new backpack, because they send a malfunction back. I can not even get my money back from the company, if I wished to, but only get a voucher for the amount in their website. I am in complete chock, over this lack of costumer service, how I have to pay additional amounts, because they send a malfunctional product. I simply cannot believe, that they wouldn't try to solve this problem, and keep their costumers happy. I'm afraid to say that this is unacceptable for m. I have been so pleased with blue tomato before, and used them to buy most of my snowboard purchases, but after this, lack of problem solving and costumer service, they have lost a client, and I will be telling my snowboard community about this horrible service that I have experienced. I'm in complete disbelief. So disappointed that they don't value their costumers higher. I can't believe that they don't take responsibility for sending defaulty products, and their costumers end up paying the price for it. that is not good service UPDATE: Blue tomato contacted me, and sorted out the malfacture, and send a new backpack, for the same price. A bit annoying that you have to write a review in trustpilot to get it fixed, instead, of sorting it with the costumer served in the first place, but I'm happy I got it fixed.
