Great books, great prices, lot of choices, fast delivery

As always, the site is easy to use and ordering is simple. I have rarely had an issue ordering and if I did, the issue was resolved immediately. Always a great experience.

fast service with excellent quality books

I ordered some children's books for my son and they all came in perfect condition. It was an easy and simple purchasing process. Of course, the price is much less than retail which is a huge bonus!

This store is a roulette wheel. 6/9 books were in new or new-ish condition. Which is fantastic, but three books were too crunched to be considered 'new'. (i.e. wad a pages bent right back, another with all pages wavy/waffled?, felt on center cover, ripped spine paper.) One damaged book I paid around $10 for. But a book I paid $2.79 for was in perfect condition!

I love shopping Book Outlet. The selection is really good. Sometimes surprises me the titles that are available. Delivery is usually only a few days to a week. And the prices can’t be beat. My only problem is holding myself back from buying more. I highly recommend Book Outlet. Love it.

Using the mail for a single book added greatly to the price and a delay. For local non-commercial customers, a pick-up spot for prepaid orders would be convenient for both the Depot and clients. A box by the door would probably be adequate, as thieves are not likely to target books.

Love Bookoutlet. They have great deals and I love that I can have a favourite list I can always come back to and check for items in stock.

From start to finish the website was easy to navigate and the shipping was super fast. I sent my mom some of her favorite authors and she loved it.

I’ve ordered air plasticine for my kids and it came completely dry. Nothing could not be made from it. Waste of money for this item.

I enjoy going through the selections, choosing my books. Easy to follow and use. I usually leave in cart for a day and then come back to look at what I selected. One thing I would like to see on your website is a picture of a printed page. I have selected a few books now where the print has been too small for my senior eyes, or too much print on some of the kids' level 1 books. Can this be done?
