Books are an okay price, but the books I received had more damage than I would have liked. They are children's books, but some required tape to hold them together.

cannot track order - tracking says "not found" so I don't know when hit will arrive. Never had this problem before usually great service!

Found the books that I was looking for at a good price and the books were in excellent condition. Shipping was fast even at Christmas.

OMG! I can't believe people have returned these books with slight marks or dents. I wouldn't mind at all=) The shipping was fast, the books are in neat condition, and the prices are unbelievable. The selection is not as wide as book retail companies like Indigo but there are a ton of new releases and award-winning books to choose from

I contacted customer service about only receiving 5 of 20 books but have not had a response. I was charged for 20 books, but only one box arrived (5 books). I expect a refund for the 15 books that I DID NOT receive.

I honestly can’t believe I didn’t know about book outlet prior. The book quality is amazing, shipping is super quick. In fairness, I’m not too far from the warehouse. But all in consideration, book outlet is now one of my favourite spots!

My books arrived yesterday, and two books, one hardcover, one softcover were packed in a box which was too large without any extra packing. They were rattling around in the box. Of course, the hardcover survived well, but the corners of the softcover were damaged. I was hoping to give it as a gift, but it looks kind of used. I had to remind myself that I had paid a much reduced price, but feel that it would cost so little more to do the shipping correctly. I have ordered a couple more books, and will see how the shipping is handled with them.

I feel I get a very fair price for the books and there is a large selection to choose from. The order was processed and shipped fast and I had my books shortly after ordering.

I Love Book Outlet. the big thing that gets me using it is the free shipping; there are other websites with books that have even better prices (at times), but the shipping prices makes it prohibitive to order. Between the shipping, the very good prices and the wide selection of genres, etc., all those combine to make shopping Book Outlet a very positive book ordering experience.

The entire process was flawless from cart to check out. However, when my order was delivered, I was missing a book. Logging a ticket for the missing book process was even easier, no issues. Someone from Customer Experience team reached out, apologized and shipped over the book. Smoooooth sailing!

I have placed multiple orders to send home to my parents in Nova Scotia and we have never been disappointed. The selection of books is wonderful and I never have an issue picking out items to purchase. I love that they have other items available such as puzzles. The shipping costs waived once a certain amount has been purchased is amazing. I always love sending home a care package filled with good reads, puzzles and activity books for my aging parents in remote NS … and it’s like Christmas for them to receive packages from the Book Outlet!!
