Alex made the whole experience easy and smooth. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he gave us plenty of information. We had a small issue when the car was delivered, but having spoken to Alex about it, he rectified it straight away. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Overall Great! I went to Birchwood to buy my first car. From the start they were responsive and helpful and booked me in to view a car within the day. I spoke to both Morgan and Alex (who mostly handled the sale) and both were consistently helpful and friendly. I never felt pressured and they gave all the time and info and info I needed to make the decision. The car was very reasonably priced for its age/condition, as was the other car from them I considered. Once I decided to buy the process was smooth and well run. Before I bought, they MOT'd the car as it was approaching renewal date (which I appreciated) and they were really helpful with the car tax and paperwork for me on the day. Overall, I'd really recommend Birchwood.

I can only comment on customer service as I picked my new car up yesterday however my experience with Birchwood, and Alex in particular, was brilliant. He was very communicative with us from the moment we phoned to register our interest for a vehicle we had seen online (we did not want to drive over an hour to go and view a car that had already been sold as we had this experience with another garage) and set our minds at ease after reading some of the more negative reviews and not at any time did he make us feel like we were dealing with a 'sleazy car salesman.' As I only collected the car yesterday I cannot comment on the warranty however the car being serviced by Birchwood when they received it and an MOT last month has put our minds at ease. Alex and the team at Birchwood were a pleasure to deal with, the premises are clean and modern and all the stock is prepared to a high standard.
