I loved the atmosphere of the Brisbane showroom. The staff, especially Jazz, were incredibly friendly. Her customer service was impeccable as she helped us find a style that I loved. There was no pressure or hurry to select a style. She was incredibly knowledgeable and very honest with us. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you to the Brisbane Cullen Jewellery team and especially thank you to Jazz.

I had an engagement ring consultation today with Mia she was super lovely an I’m very indecisive but she made the whole experience a lot easier for me to understand. They have the most beautiful jewellery and I love that they actually help you and pay attention to your wants and needs. I also got a rose on my departure being valentines week which was super thoughtful :) can’t wait to get my ring

Very friendly service

Went into the Brisbane showroom and had Symone to help us. She was amazing. She made us feel so comfortable and at ease and made it easy to tell her what I loved and didn’t love about each piece of jewellery. The rings themselves were exquisite and the whole experience was amazing to figure out what I loved and didn’t.

Really enjoyed the experience and Symone was extremely helpful and note taking was in depth and very helpful
