Ellie guided us through all the diamond shapes, sizes and metals that we could choose from with great detail. She answered all of our questions and informed us of details that we didn't know to ask about, such as looking out for the bow tie and the diamond grading system. Despite this being our very first consultation, all my questions were covered and I had an incredible experience. It was great to try on different styles on my hand without any pressure to buy and I had a lot of fun. After the consultation, my partner and I were sent an email with all the details we had discussed for future references.
