The moving-in procedure is quick and fluent. The property manager Sophie, Chloe and Scott helped a lot throughout the way. In addition, every feedback would be attached importance here! After moving-in, we found some problem with the boiler and reported to DJ, they manage the check and repair stuff immediately. Thanks a lot to such a supportive team!

Shambles of a company, moved in Disruptive neighbours to the flat above us, after multiple complaints they done absolutely nothing about this, police had attended the property and still nothing done. Got to the point we had to seek a different let, essentially being forced out of our home of over 5 years. This turned into another disaster as DJ alexander, on top of forcing us out of our own home, then explained they would not give us a reference unless we paid £30 for this. The reference which we paid for confirmed I was a Tennant a the property and nothing else. £30 wasted. I was then pressured to write a positive review on trust pilot for actually giving the reference! Upon moving, we have then had the usual daylight robbery technique applied where the additional cleaning bill just happens to match the full deposit amount. Mould was discovered Upon exit of the property, I have left this so it could be seen and dealt with however it would appear that they are going to clean the surface but not deal with the underlying issue. Anyone looking to move into the stonefield park area of paisley I would seriously avoid. Dangerous tenants have been moved in, people who have parties regularly over 3 day periods, police regularly called to the area, properties full of damp. This was once a nice area, dj alexander have absolutely ruined the place. If you are looking for a letting agent who will let you down at every turn, please spend your money with dj alexander!

I have been very impressed with the way Lewis has handled a complicated and extensive piece of remedial work on my property. He has been able to find first rate contractors who have done the work promptly and at a fair price all while respecting the tenants who have been in the property throughout.

We have properties in Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire ‘managed’ by this company. Whilst I agree that in Aberdeenshire that Iona is fantastic, the same cannot be said for Aberdeen. This review score is for them. Their service has been consistently poor. Their communication is appalling. They do not tell us when the property manager changes (frequently) and we are then left chasing non-existent staff who obviously never reply. How hard is it to train people to introduce themselves when they start and send out general exit emails? We have repeatedly raised this and had assurances of improvement, but it has never happened. It has also had an impact on our ability to adequately maintain our property. We are on the verge of moving our business.

The incompetence of the agency and their staff is absolutely appalling. I’ve been renting through them for about 2.5 years now and this will be the last time once I found another property. I’d suggest anyone to stay away from them if you value your time and money. The repairs are taking months to be completed the joiners they work with lack of competence to even get the smallest repairs completed. I have reported a few small issues almost 3 months ago and yet nothing has been done. Even when you submit the repair request they have a nerve to question if the repair is necessary such as replacing a mouldy shower sealant after living in the property for almost 3 years. I have also reported an issue with the rats outside the property last year and they said that nothing can be done about it because the SOURCE is another office building, which is a few meters away. This is not only a very unpleasant issue but also it can be very dangerous as rats can carry many sort of diseases. I never thought that living in the Edinburgh city centre and paying a massive amount of money for rent would have to deal with such problems. One of their managers should be fired for the way she speaks with customers and the lies she’s making up. I will be reporting this agency and also seek a legal advise for the breach of the contract. Absolute joke of the agency. UPDATE! I find it absolutely weird and creepy that the manager I have noted in my original review keeps looking at my profile on LinkedIn or even had a nerve to look me up in the first place after I left the review. Absolutely ridiculous how unprofessional your staff is and who you employ. I left a google review which contains the name of the manager and will be sending a letter to their head office too.

Yasser gave good advise on how to approach selling the flat . Identified a buyer quickly and responded quickly and proactively to any questions. He worked well with the Alexander leasing department (who managed my flat) and made this a painless experience in terms of ensuring all basis were covered . He also interacted smoothly with my selling solicitor.

The sales team of Sarah Macintyre and Sara Ranking are a fantastic partnership, my communication and interaction with both ladies was fantastic. Sara was particularly quick with responses and was very happy to make those slight adjustments I had asked for she really is a very friendly happy and helpful young woman who is a credit to the company. Sarah was easy to deal with, friendly, happy and very professional nothing seemed too much for her she is also a credit to the company. I have already recommended DJ Alexander, Sarah and Sara to some friends.

Letting: overpriced sub par accommodation D J Alexander is the place to go.

The sales process took much longer than anticipated through no fault of DJ Alexander. They stuck with me and were very patient with hiccups in the process. They were easy, friendly and positive to deal with and I would not hesitate to recommend them.
