Fine home - excellent customer services Transferred to D J Alexander and experienced poor and unhelpful customer service They make up their own rules and make you pay additional charges for them to bank transfer money to you if you make a mistake saying it’s a service out of lease. They charged me %20 of the money they owed me.

I have recently had a lovely experience viewing a flat with Kirsten Scott, after not being successful first time round she has been very quick to sending me new places that I might also like to visit. Really going the extra mile as we all know finding a house is hard work! Keep up the good work.

I recently sold my home in Edinburgh and Stephen and Abby helped make the process seem very smooth and professional. There was excellent communication and any unexpected issues were very helpfully smoothed out quickly and positively resolved. We haven't moved yet. But from viewing till signing up the tenancy agreement and sharing the related documents, Gill Robertson and Caroline Connelly have been really helpful. Just I want information regarding schooling, energy suppliers; for which I contacted the office but haven't heard back yet. Hope once we moved in these queries will be addressed. Hoping for the best further too and thanks team for being accommodating till now.
