We had used Nick at Culina & Balneo for our kitchen and they did such an excellent job we chose them to renovate our main bathroom. We met Helen who did a fantastic job of designing us a great bathroom within our budget. From the designers to the installers the whole team provide an excellent service. Ian, who was our liaison point for both renovations is also great at his job, he is always available if you have questions or queries and sorts things out. Would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone, very professional but happy to work within your budget.

After numerous visits to other local kitchen suppliers my husband and I was beginning to think it might be harder than we realised to find someone who could turn our dream bespoke kitchen ideas into a reality… This all changed when we met Nick at Culina & Balneo. From our initial meet rite through to instillation of the kitchen Nick was enthusiastic, knowledgeable & professional. Initially decided to use Culina + Balneo as it was the only showroom I visited which offered help when I arrived. The approach by Nicole provided advice and brochures without any pressure. Plenty of items on display. Visited a couple more times to finalise all decisions before Nichole visited to measure up. Various different layouts discussed. All the fitting of sanitary ware, tiling and flooring undertaken by Damien. Everywhere left neat and tidy at the end of each working day. Very pleased with the whole process from start to finish. Would not hesitate to recommend to others.

Stuart at Culina & Balneo designed and delivered a new kitchen in our home extension kitchen /dining area. Stuart worked closely with us to ensure the initial design was right, nothing was too much trouble and no obstacle was too big a challenge. The initial images generated electronically were amazing providing 3 dimensional views and 360-degree orientation. We met with Stuart on a couple of occasions at the shop where he helped us choose the materials for worktops, doors and draws etc. together with appliances, his explanations were impressively knowledgeable and very thorough. The kitchen was delivered on time and fitted by Manny who was brilliant, working tirelessly to complete on time in order to minimise any inconvenience. This project did not complete without one or two challenges however these were dealt with swiftly, Stuart was more than happy to come out to site, assess and offer solutions in a very effective & timely manner. We literally live in our kitchen /dining room and absolutely love it, all visitors admire its design, I can’t fault the quality of the kitchen units and appliances which have made cooking and entertaining an absolute joy. We really can’t praise Stuart and Culina & Balneo enough and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone thinking of embarking on a kitchen project.

We had our bathroom completely refurbished by Culina+Balneo who were fantastic from start to finish. Sanj did the design which opened our minds to new possibilities. The project manager Ian was very professional. We received regular visits from him, before and during the installation. The fitter Harjinder and his team were brilliant. They cleaned up at the end of every day and we can’t fault the quality of their work. We are delighted with the end product. Would highly recommend Culina+Balneo!

We had a bathroom revamp designed by Kim (Malvern branch) which included knocking down a wall and blocking off a door. Kim was so patient and understanding, a complete professional designing and redesigning (several times) various permutations of what could be done with the space. Now it’s finished and we are thrilled with the outcome, it totally meets our needs and achieves exactly what we wanted to. Without Kim’s help and expertise in designing and recommendation of products I don’t think we would have been so pleased with the finished bathroom.

We Had our Bathroom totally transformed, Designed by Nab (Solihull) who took on board every change we suggested and then expertly fitted by Viktor and his brothers. This wasn't an average bathroom refit, they had to use pneumatic drills to dig through the concrete floor and transform a dated bathroom into a luxurious wet room, if I could give 6 stars I would. From start to finish they provided a friendly and professional service and a pleasure to be supported by such a fantastic team.

Kim and Barrie (Malvern) were outstanding in the design and supply of our bathroom and shower rooms. Their excellent communication, advice and expertise kept each project on track (despite covid challenges) whilst offering a personal and friendly approach at every visit. Every detail was given consideration and every option discussed knowledgeably. I can recommend C+B at Malvern without hesitation.

I had my bathroom designed by Nab in Solihull. He, along with the fitter, Viktor, did a superb job. They made a small space look spacious with a great design, fabulous fittings and very skilled craftsmanship. They also managed to keep the job moving despite the challenges of Covid. Totally recommend them. No need to go anywhere else!

We bought our kitchen from the solihull branch after being recommended by my daughter. Nick produced a great design and managed to do it within the budget we gave him. We even changed some of the design at the last minute which did not cause a problem. Our fitter was Robert from Cheltenham and we cannot fault his workmanship. The quartz worktops are beautifully finished. Our kitchen is now finished and decorated and we are very pleased with the quality of the units and design. We have no hesitation in recommending nick and this company. Very happy customers.

Excellent customer service received for a new Shower Room from Ian, the Project Manager, Sanjay, the Bathroom Designer to Richard the Fitter and his team. We received an optimum bespoke service from all personnel. We received thorough explanation of materials that would be used for our bathroom design, the fitting criteria and installation costs. This involved several visits to our home by Ian, the Project Manager who suggested ideas which provided us with reassurance. We also liked the close attention to detail and patience provided which helped us select colour plus design. Accessories were also featured and we were able to view these in our final bathroom design plans. On installation day, all personnel was polite and provided a Covid Secure environment in our home. We recently extended our downstairs toilet to include a shower. We chose Orillo, Worcester, as their quote was good and when we were shown around the showroom, we were impressed by the variety and high quality of tiles, flooring, shower and toilet furniture. The plans were drawn up by Nicole who was most helpful and efficient with her advice. The work was carried out by Steve, Graham and Gary with electrical work done by Lee. All of them were such friendly and professional men who were always on site by 7.45 am and started work each day without delay. The standard of work was excellent from start to finish, as was the quality of the furniture. We could not have asked for better service anywhere and have recommended Orillo to several friends.

We have been really pleased with the work that Culina+Balneo have done to completely refit our bathroom and en-suite. Nicole helped us with planning, and Steve, Graham and Gary were very professional and courteous during the instuallation. All work was completed on time and with minimal disruption. It is very difficult to find any fault.

We have just completed a home extension which included a kitchen/ living area. Worked closely with the manager Binda Dhillon who knows everything about kitchen design and product alike. Not like high street or retail park stores who just want to sell you what they think you want or offer. Great showroom too so we could see our options. No sales but prices are competitive. Highly recommend you speak with him if considering a new kitchen. I had my own fitter but he was still very helpful, even visited to meet my fitter and go through the plan after work. Well done Binda. 5*.

Started so well in Evesham with Dali giving us total confidence and added excitement to what is a massive disruption to anyone house hold. Dali put us in touch with Alex and Marta at Cheltenham branch, again from the start very professional. However this is where it all ended. We had a cloakroom and kitchen done at great cost. Bob the kitchen fitter was very helpful but the floor laid by Dali's team is not level so neither is the worktops, Cloak room was a complete argument, installer ran out of tiles so was pushed by Dali to use off cuts, it has taken over 4 months to finally get them back to corrected issue, which only took half a day! My advice for anyone considering these people, is to get separate quotes from more professional company, as this team start off very professional but communication after they take your money is non existent. Good quality products, very poor senior management and after sales is non existent. Be warned... We also went for instore solution, with fitters that they employ and their employees don't talk highly about the owners and the manner they operate.

After having 2 new bathrooms for an update from Culina-Baneo Malvern a while back and being very pleased with the result, we decided to turn to them one more. After an initial consultation/idea crunching with Lorna Mepham ( and everyone should have a Lorna Mepham on their side) we had an on-site session to plan a massive updating of a large open plan kitchen + dining space. Delivery and work itself was bumpy because it was through a very difficult Covid+Brexit holdup period. All is now complete and it is a transformation. Thoroughly recommended.

I’ve had a flawless service from start to finish with Nab at the Solihull branch. I knew I wanted something special for our bathroom but felt overwhelmed with the choices available. Nab listened to my wish list & worked hard to get me a fabulous bathroom with all the extras but within my specific budget. He did a really amazing design that I was able to give to my fitter and electrician to follow that meant we ended up with a bathroom to rival any Instagram account! There were only a couple of little hiccups after ordering but Nab was on hand and incredibly responsive! I would highly recommend!
