We are so pleased that we used Culina + Balneo to design and build our bathrooms . Nab was outstanding in his design and product selection for us , and the building team are incredibly talented tradesmen . I can’t recommend this company enough .

I cant praise Stuart and his team at Culina + Balneo enough for their help and support in designing and delivery our new Kitchen. We ordered our kitchen right in the middle of Lockdown 2020 it was never too much trouble for Stuart to be at the end of the phone and answer any questions or queries we had. the kitchen was installed right on time and as promised within 10 days. The installer Manny was absolutely brilliant and went over and above our expectations. We also ordered all our bathrooms from Helen at Culina she was absolutely amazing with the help she gave us, nothing was too much trouble in fact without her Im not sure how our project wouyld have been completed Thank you to all at Culina + Balneo i really can't recommend then any higher.

We visited the Malvern branch of Culina with very little idea for our kitchen design but fortunately Lorna, the kitchen design consultant, expertly guided us through to the final design stage. Nothing was too much trouble for her and her patience and expertise were brilliant. She has the gift of understanding what you want even when you have only the germ of an idea. Her knowledge of the range of units and appliances available is vast and she is even prepared to visit site to ensure the design is suitable for the area to be used. Until we used Culina+Balneo, we had great difficulty in finding anyone who could manage the build of our bathroom. It involved combining a small toilet & a built-in cupboard in an adjacent bedroom and removing a chimney breast. But after consulting the Solihull C+B bathroom designer, Nab, we were in great hands! The design met our specific needs, C+B managed all the building work, delivery & installation. The Pandemic lockdown and later some structural problems (load-bearing wall) slowed things down but Nab was prompt in re-designing and proposing alternatives. The finished bathroom looks great & we would recommend C+B!

From the minute I stepped into the Solihull showroom and sat down with Nick I knew I had found the right place to make my dream kitchen a reality. All the design aspects were so well thought out and exactly what I had in mind - Nick made all the changes I asked for (even if they sounded ridiculous - who doesn’t need somewhere to store their wrapping paper…?!!). I was bowled over by the plans and as building work on our house commenced Nick and Ian kept in close contact with our builders and had to make some last minute adjustments - they did this so professionally without any fuss at all. The installation was done by Bob - he worked to schedule and was so tidy and polite. The finished kitchen looks AMAZING - all our friends are so jealous! I cannot recommend C&B highly enough - they (esp Nick) made the whole process so enjoyable and stress free. Huge thanks to the whole team!

We had a new kitchen as part of a house extension project which was (as you can imagine) made all the more complicated by Covid. Nick, Ian and Manny made the entire process ridiculously simple and painless, right from the initial design sessions with Nick through project management from Ian and fitting by Manny. Nick listened to our requirements and made suggestions and amendments that were absolutely spot on. Ian and Manny worked with our builders/electricians (as they said they would) to ensure an absolutely flawless finish (even though the architects plans were out from the room itself :)). We are absolutely over the moon with the finished kitchen, genuinely couldn't be happier. I would recommend Nick, Ian, Manny and the team to anyone and everyone.

As they state all of the owners are there and I was dealt with by one of them in person. My purchase was only a bathroom accessory but he was very helpful and professional. I can only imagine the levels of service and detail if a customer is buying a new kitchen or bathroom. It would be the only showroom I would visit. Well done to you all.

We decided to try Culina&Balneo in Solihull for the kitchen for our extension even though we thought it would be outside our price range. Nick was brilliant with us, helping us to design and visualise it even though the extension hadn’t yet been built, he also went the extra mile to help with designing other aspects of our extension, not just the kitchen area. The digital designs were better than anything we’d had from other companies and the price was within our budget with everything we’d asked for. Ian the project manager was really good, he kept me informed at each stage and was always willing to help. Rob the fitter was very professional and did an excellent job. The quality of the actual kitchen exceeded my expectations. I can’t speak highly enough of everyone who worked on our kitchen especially given some of the challenges with Covid, I would definitely recommend.

A bespoke experience combined with great imagination by there team creates an amazing kitchen! And its affordable and competitive! Just so much more for your money compared to there competitors. We had a major kitchen overhaul, including the removal of a load bearing internal wall and the complete relocation of water, waste and gas pipes. Stuart designed a fantastic kitchen, which transformed 2 underused rooms into a single large kitchen/lounge area. Great design and installation.

IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A WELL MADE, BEAUTIFULLY PLANNED GERMAN KITCHEN LOOK NO FURTHER THAN LORNA AND CULINA + BALNEO. WE HAVE BEEN BLOWN AWAY BY HOW LORNA LISTENED TO WHAT WE WANTED IN ORDER TO ACHIEVE OUR DREAM KITCHEN. SHE THEN VISITED NUMEROUS TIMES, PLANNED AND DELIVERED A "WOW" KITCHEN. BEING GERMAN IT IS PRECISELY ENGINEERED SO THAT THE KITCHEN FITS PERFECTLY. LORNA ALSO GOT US GREAT DEALS ON BRANDED APPLIANCES WHILST NEVER PUSHING US TO CHANGE OUR EXISTING OVEN & FRIDGE/FREEZER. ANY PRICE CHANGES WERE ALWAYS IN OUR FAVOUR AND THERE WAS NONE OF THIS BUY NOW WHILE WE HAVE AN OFFER ON!! EVEN DURING THESE DIFFICULT AND CHALLENGING TIMES LORNA WAS ON TOP OF EVERYTHING AND MADE THE WHOLE PROCESS ENJOYABLE AND STRESS FREE.

We've just been through lock-down having agreed our new kitchen project with C+B (Solihull) in February, even so, we had communication throughout from project manager Ian and finally when safe, they started eight weeks ago. A few little issues with supplies but all resolved, and the quality of the fit and finish is utterly superb. Nick Millar is a superstar, his rendered images are almost spot on to the finished product. We couldn't be happier and the transformation has been amazing. A very big thank you to all the trades and especially to the fitter Rob, who is an artist!!

The kitchen planning was very good, with Nick taking my ideas and with his expertise and knowledge producing an excellent kitchen. The quality of the equipment and fittings was very good.

Having decided to have a new kitchen and receiving various quotes, I was very impressed by the professionalism and full understanding of my requirements by this company's kitchen team at Malvern - Olive and Lorna. It looks a dream, a pleasure to cook in and is so practical for storage etc for a more mature customer. Their fitter, Kev, is a perfectionist and did a wonderful job without fuss or mess and in the time specified. All such an excellent service that I am now returning to them to have the bathroom refitted. I cannot recommend them enough.

Our new kitchen and dining area is a dream come true and it has made such a difference to our use of the whole area - it’s now such a pleasure to cook and entertain. It can be very stressful planning and having such major works carried out but Anthea, our Designer from the Evesham branch, was excellent throughout. She was very intuitive at interpreting our wishes and suggesting ways to improve the design and once it was finalised, she meticulously planned and worked with Bob, the excellent fitter, to ensure the installation ran smoothly. We were completely happy with the design and realisation of our kitchen project. We researched many companies, locally and nationally, deciding on Orillo (Culina + Balneo) as we were reassured by company reviews, and very impressed by Anthea in the Evesham branch, where we could see the quality of the products available. Anthea’s final design was based on our thoughts and needs and worked very well. She was very happy to keep on improving the layout as we thought of something else but she also had her own inspiring ideas. Anthea also took our budget into account at all stages. On her suggestion we visited the head office of the kitchen company we were considering in Yorkshire, where we saw many displays in situ. This was definitely worthwhile. Once we had chosen our kitchen we also decided to use Orillo’s in house kitchen fitting service. This also worked extremely well for us as Bob is a consummate professional and brilliant fitter. His standards are rigorous and he takes obvious pride in a job well done. He was flexible but also had his own ideas to make something work more efficiently. We also knew Anthea was only a phone call away if needed. We would absolutely recommend Orillo in Evesham: we had excellent service throughout. We realised very quickly that we could have complete trust in Anthea and Bob, and we are very happy with our kitchen, the costs and the time frame in which the work was completed. Tim.
