We had our bathroom modernised and we couldn't be happier with it. From start to finish the service was excellent. Sanj designed and advised us, Viktor and his team created and now we are enjoying the beautiful bathroom. If you are looking for an all round excellent service you need look no further.

We've just had a new kitchen from the Cheltenham branch of Culina and Balneo and it has surpassed all our expectations. Alex Ford, our designer, seemed to 'get us' from the beginning, coming up with some brilliant ideas and no detail was too small for his attention and care. Then we couldn't have asked for a more professional and friendly service from the delivery guys and fitters and Alex stayed personally involved throughout, which we appreciated. Having a new kitchen is a major disruption and all involved made it a pleasurable experience - thanks everyone. Thanks for creating our dream Kitchen When I started to write this review I thought where do I begin: the friendly greeting from Gayle , the great customer service , the talented and patient Nick who was always ready to advise and amend our designs as we worked through our journey to our dream kitchen . Then I read the other reviews and I smiled as everything I wanted to say has already been said many times over. Nick helped us realise our amazing kitchen. We took an outline of what we wanted to Nick and he fleshed it out into a scheme. Then over several weeks we reviewed and tinkered with his scheme. Nick had great patience and willingly reworked our ideas into his final design. At installation the team were terrific, co-ordinating with the builders to to produce a fantastic end result. The more we use our kitchen the more we appreciate the quality of its design. A great professional team - well done.

Nick is a brilliant designer. I wanted a new kitchen but for a long while no-one came up with a design I felt comfortable with. When we met Nick he told us to trust him and he didn't let us down. Culina were very competitive with their quote and the design met our requirements with some lovely features. Nab Hussein was extremely helpful and professional in his dealings with us and his advice was very useful. The team of fitters were excellent and so helpful whilst carrying out their work. I have no hesitation on recommending Culina Banelo to anyone who wants a quality bathroom installed by top workers.

I have just had a complete new kitchen and utility from Culina & Balneo. I, like other reviewers thought that they may be out of our price bracket, but was extremely happy when the price came in so competitively. From the initial visit to the showroom to Nicks visit to have a look at the kitchen to prepare a design I was really confident that we had made the right decision to go with Culina & Balneo. Everyone that worked on the project were friendly, professional and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for anyone. Nick listened to everything that we wanted and designed a functional beautiful kitchen, Daryl the installations manager oversaw the project and the lovely Henryk fitted everything beautifully. I was consulted throughout the project on every aspect with little changes being implemented along the way to make sure that everything was perfect. The appliances are extremely high spec and the quality of the units outstanding. I have no hesitation in recommending Culina & Balneo to everybody. Excellent customer service from C+B. Nick, our designer, listened and understood what we were looking for in the kitchen. C+B worked closely with our third party fitter and saw the whole project through to the end. We’d certainly recommend them.

I went to a couple of local kitchen showrooms and was really disappointed with the customer service, quality of the products and the drawings were very mediocre. Initially thought Cullino and Balneo would be out of budget but were pleasantly surprised how competitive they were. Nick designed an amazing kitchen and he worked with us through the whole project making sure it was everything we wanted. I couldn't be happier with my kitchen; it looks amazing, the quality is fantastic and it is so perfectly functional and also great for entertaining. We used their own fitters and they were also brilliant. It all went seamlessly.

We spoke to a number of kitchen companies before choosing Culina & Balneo, but chose them because of the helpfulness, friendliness, knowledge and enthusiasm of their staff. We also found them competitive on price. Nick, as our designer, provided a thoroughly professional service from our first visit to the showroom, to installation, and we felt that we were in very safe hands at all times. Gail, as a point of contact in the showroom, was always a friendly and helpful voice on the end of the telephone. Our new kitchen looks great - thanks all.

Having thought we'd selected a Kitchen design & installation company, we called into the newly opened Solihull store and were wowed by the showroom. Nick listened to our ideas and came to visit us a week later. Nick came up with ideas that neither we, nor other kitchen designers had thought of. We finally selected Culina & Balneo due to design, quality, choice and competitive price. Culina & Balneo could also provide building works which meant we just had one company to deal with for the whole job. Nick & Gayle in the showroom were so supportive of my anxieties and indecision and were so accommodating with my many queries & concerns! Throughout the project Dali and team worked to a high standard, seven days a week and resolved all our our queries to our complete satisfaction. I was very pleased with the Kim Arnold’s professional service. She listened to my brief to update my ensuite and couldn’t have been more helpful, as well as giving me options so I could keep within my budget. Kim was always available to answer my questions when they arose. Kim made the whole process fun and easy that I went onto to re-fit the main bathroom the following month. I am also very pleased with the results using WILL a local fitter who has transformed both rooms. Using a local company and fitter made the projects easy as well as convenient.

Thanks to excellent attention from Chris and Kim in Malvern we now have a superb new bathroom. The planning advice was particularly good and helped us to utilise a small space in the best way, avoiding mistakes we might otherwise have made. Special mention too for the fitter, Dave Jennings whose attention to detail and work rate was exemplary. Not the remotest hint of a mistake or poor workmanship to be seen! Well done all of you. A recommendation will be given willingly is asked.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Debbie in sales and planning was extremely knowledgeable and not pushy in slightest and all on the end of the phone to answer queries promptly. Dali and his staff were top notch on all dealing we had with them. Nothing ever to much and always offered sound advice. Henrique and colleague who tiled 2 bathrooms were extremely precise and the finished rooms are truly a sight to behold and we live the Book Mark 3metre x 1 metre tiles. Great company and really easy to deal with.

I am now having my bathroom from the same company so just popped in to say to Binda that 2 years on my kitchen is still brilliant and looks just as good as it did when it was completed in Aug 16. Every day I get up and my spirits are lifted by the fantastic space that my new kitchen has created.
