A brilliant firm to deal with. I have never bought a cycle online before so although I had a rough idea what make and model I wanted I wasn't sure about the size and geometry. However Ryan responded to my emails and calls for advice, and went as far as getting a member of staff of similar size to me to sit on the different size bikes and provide feedback. Then the real test of a firm is how well they solve problems; The courier messed up and aborted the delivery on the day, but Ryan quickly got in contact with the courier to resolve the issue and my bike arrived in perfect condition the next working day. You won't get this level of personal support from any of the big online cycle retailers. I wish this company was located over my side of the country as I would use them for all my cycling needs given the chance.

I purchased a Marin gravel bike from Soanes cycles which was the best price I could find on the internet. I chose their finance company, V12 retail finance which was a very simple and quick process. All in all the whole purchase process took around 15 minutes once I'd chosen the bike. I received regular updates regarding my order, the status of my delivery right through to receiving my bike. Although I was extremely pleased with the bike and despite it being excellently packaged there was a small issue with it. I emailed them and received a reply very soon after with a suitable resolution. I highly recommend Soanes cycles and would definitely purchase from them in the future. Top marks!!
