Soanes have been a breath of fresh air. Having had a bad experience trying to buy a new bike from another retailer (after 3 weeks of chasing following the order - by email only, as 'phone off the hook - for news of where the bike might be, I was eventually told that the courier had "lost" it). So I Ordered a new bike at Soanes online last Saturday afternoon 30 mins before Soane's closing time, got a dispatch email first thing Monday, and the (really well packaged) bike arrived the next day at lunchtime. Best of all, the Soanes team actually answered the 'phone when I had cause to call them. Thanks for a good experience, would definitely return to Soanes in future.

Excellent straight forward no hassle service. We had previously ordered a bike from Evans Cycles in June and were expecting delivery in November - in November they cancelled the order. This was for my son's birthday which was in September and he had been patiently waiting for his new bike. He was devastated to hear this.
