I bought a Genesis bike from Soanes over a year ago, for a very competitive price, and recently had a problem with the rear mud guard breaking. Despite the fact that the bike was just out of warrantee Soanes still progressed a request for a replacement part for me and continued to chase until the matter was resolved. In the on line world we now find ourselves in a company that still prides themselves on a personal and "above and beyond" service is very rare! I will definitely be using them again and would highly recommend!! If I had an option of more than five stars I would have selected it!!

Excellent professional service from a good local cycle shop. Good communication from online staff. Only downside is more TNT than the shop, but when I spend £1700 I really expect free postage, yes I was up near Aberdeen but they class this as 'not mainland! Check your geography! Apart from that happy purchase!
